"It's my birthday today!" Hannah announced loudly and everyone in the park snapped their head in her direction. A few wished her happy birthday, others laughed at her outburst, and others shook their head in mock disappointment. But Hannah didn't care, and neither did I.

It became a habit for us to meet in this park every other day for the past month. We would meet and share what we had going in our lives. Her life is much more interesting that mine, but she always chooses to listen to my stories at the end of the day.

"Happy Birthday, Lovely," I kissed her forehead and she grinned when I slid my hand into my pockets and revealed a navy blue velvet box. Her eyes beamed with happiness when I put it in her hand.

She opened it slowly before picking out the bracelet and reading what was carved in it. 'I love you too,' it read and it made her grin grew wider. She circled me with her arms and hugged me tightly.

"I love you to the extents of our galaxy and back," she told me and I smiled to her hair.

"You really do?" I asked her. No one ever told me how much they love me, ever. It's always 'I love you too much' or 'I love you, Hunter' never with a measurement. It's nice how she said it. Really nice.

"Yes, Hunter," she replied, her voice muffled against my shirt.

"Say it again. Tell me how much you love me."

"I love you with every living fiber inside my body.I love you till every cell in my body surrenders to your spell of a love. I love you with every breath and every word. I love you with every memory we shared. I love you because you're safe, because you're here. I love you more than I love myself."

"And I love you more than my memories."

I love you more than the fact that you and Pearl share the same birthday.
