Synopsis: Giyu is sleeping while the rest of the hashiras try to wake him up

Shinobu was in her lab, working on a new poison when a crow came in through the window.

"CAAW CA-CAW, Shinobu Kocho, you are wanted at the Water Estate. CAW!"

A small genuine smile made itself on her face, accompanied by a rosy blush on her cheeks.

"Oh?," She murmured to herself, "Well, I do have some time to spare. I suppose it wouldn't hurt if I spent it with Giyu."

Soon enough, she left her estate and happily went to her beloved's, humming to herself.

When she got to Giyu's estate, she opened the door, expecting her favorite airhead to greet her with a smile, only to be bear-hugged by our lovely matchmaking mochi muncher Mitsuri herself.

"Shinobu-chan!!" Mitsuri shouted, "You gotta help us! We've been trying to wake Tomioka-san for the past hour because he and Rengoku-san have to go on a mission soon, but he just won't wake up!"

"There there" Shinobu said while patting Mitsuri's head, "I'll wake him up, don't worry."

Mitsuri told her that Giyu was sleeping on the couch in the living room. The two girls went to the couch seeing the rest of the hashiras circle around Giyu like it was some sort of ritual.

"Hey everyone!" Mitsuri announced, "Shinobu-chan's here to wake up Tomioka-san!"

Muichiro came forth and grabbed Shinobu's hand and dragged her over to Giyu, put Giyu's hand in hers and said "Smooch your husband back into the living world please."

Sanemi and Uzui quickly started to choke on ze air, although Uzui was choking due to laughing so hard while Sanemi was just plain choking. Gyomei began praying and Mitsuri gasped and proceeded to fangirl. Rengoku and Iguro were watching everything play out, Muichiro was oblivious to his doings, Shinobu was blushing so hard it would bring the reddest things in the world to absolute shame, and Giyu was still asleep, having some sweet n' fluffy dreams.

Muichiro looked around for a bit, said "Oookkaaayy, if anybody needs me, I'll be raiding Tomioka's fridge," and proceeded to do just that.

"Yeah, let's give Shinobu some flamboyant space everyone" Uzui remarked and led everybody else to the backyard where they definitely won't be able to eavesdrop and see the Giyushino tea (lies, they're going to see everything through a window).

Shinobu sighed and turned to face Giyu, softly brushing away a few stray hairs from his face. She then began to lightly write her name on his back with her finger and whispered in his ear, "Wakey wakey, sleepy head. It's time to get up."

"Mmmuurrgg," Giyu mumbled sleepily, "It's early Nobu, let me sleep." Shinobu only smirked at his response and started to kiss his neck, trying to tickle the sleepy hashira out of slumber.

Giyu retaliated by curling up into a ball, trying to avoid his lover's teasing kisses. The butterfly however, began to poke Giyu's face, "Sorry honey," she said in between pokes, "but you've got a mission to do. If you wake up, I'll make you some salmon daikon for when you get back."

Unable to refuse her proposal, Giyu slowly began to wake up. After he did, he quickly grabbed Shinobu and gave her a little peck on the lips.

She then softly laughed, making his heart beat faster, "Okay," Shinobu said, "that's enough, I'll see you later, ok?" She placed a kiss on his forehead and Giyu did the same.

It was late when Giyu came back from the mission. He arrived at the Butterfly Mansion, hugged Shinobu the minute he saw her, and kissed her on the cheek.

"Welcome back," she said, kissing him in return, "Dinner is almost ready so you can take a quick bath if you'd like." Giyu nodded and headed to the baths.

After he bathed, dinner was ready and they both ate in comfortable silence. The pair snuggled into bed, softly telling the other good night and wishing them sweet dreams as they slowly began to drift off to sleep enveloped in the other's embrace.
