Shinsou's POV
Do all days start out like this? Me being tired and wanting nothing more than to sleep. I'll get used to it one day. But my eye bags won't.
I slipped on my uniform, brushed my teeth and went to the kitchen to get a travel mug. I let the coffee machine boil and placed a capsule of espresso inside. I felt like I'd need it today. Staying up late and studying isn't going to help my energy but at least it helps my grades.
I let the warm liquid pour into the mug before adding a small amount of milk. If it wasn't strong then I was sure I'd just fall asleep halfway through class.
I made sure the lid was tight before placing it in my bag, parting my books out of the way. "If it spills onto my books then I swear to god." I muttered. Grabbing the comb, I quickly brushed my hair up. I walked to the door, opening it and getting hit in the face with cold wind. "Why doest is have to be so cold." I groaned. I grabbed my scarf from the rack before shutting the door. The last day I'd be in my house before living in the dorms felt more strange than I thought it would be now that it was happening. Another thing I've got to get used to. "I'm definitely catching the bus." I say as the wind pushed against me again.
~
I waited at the bus stop, staring into the sky and watching the leaves fly by. I heard the doors squeak open and led my eyes to the bus. Once I got on, there weren't that many people inside, so I could sit in the back without being shoved around.

Y/N's POV
8:00.
I just got into school. I needed to get there early in order to help Sensei carry all the books, he planned a lesson with at least 3 books per person. And of course he had to pick me, the clumsiest person in the world, to help him. I walked into the teacher's lounge, but tripped over my own two feet and landed on my knees. I felt my face heat up in embarrassment. "Oh dear, here let me help you up." Principal Nezu hopped off of the counter. He was the only person who I really considered a friend, he let me sit in the teacher's lounge when I felt sad, seeing as I can't sit with others. I'm kind of a social reject. He helped me up, well, tried his best because I was taller than him. "You've come to collect the books right?" He asked. "Yes." I smiled weakly. He walked up to one of the tables, pointing at three stacks of books. "You'll be needing these ones, and Sensei said that the papers in that wallet were needed aswell." I nodded. "He grabbed most of them so it's just these." He said, walking back to his cup of tea. I grabbed the first pile of books, then the second, then the last which was only a couple of dictionaries, my knees shaking at their weight. Midnight placed the wallet in my hands. "Are you sure you can handle all of that?" She asked. I nodded, not wanting to cause trouble. They held the door open for me as I carried the huge stack along the corridor. I was praying with all my strength that I didn't trip like usual. Everything was going smoothly until I accidentally stepped on my lace, stumbling. There was someone infront of me, and the stack was wobbling. "Watch out!" I cried as I fell to the ground, slightly bumping into them, knocking them down too.

Shinsou's POV
Ouch.
My reflexes are non-existent in the mornings, so I barely moved when a heard a squeaky voice behind me cry out. I felt a knock against my back as I fell to the ground. I turned around, agitated, and was met with a pair of big circle glasses, e/c eyes belonging to a girl and a huge clutter of books and papers that looked too heavy for a person that small to be able to carry altogether.

Y/N's POV
Oh god I hit him! I- I have to apologise!
"I'm so sorry! A-Are you hurt?" I babbled, concern filling my squeaky voice. "No, you appear to be though." He said. I sighed and rubbed my head.

Third Person's POV
She had quite a lot of plasters and bruises. She wore knee high socks that had little indents that showed that she had plasters underneath too.
Shinsou found them pretty cute.
She pushed up her glasses, over a massive bandage on her nose before frantically grabbing up the papers and books. "Trust me to grab all the books." She muttered.
He sighed before saying, "here, let me help." She looked up and smiled weakly. She didn't seem to be quite awake this morning either.
"Before you say it," she began, "i know I'm too clumsy, it's not all my fault."
She rubbed the back of her neck sheepishly.
"You just tired aswell?" He asked.
"You could say that." She chuckled under her breath.

~
Heyooo! So I hope you liked this first chapter, it was originally a one shot I wrote but I've changed it to a full story, as I've said, so it'll have more detail now. I'm too lazy and tired to check for mistakes so I'll do it the day after. Have a good day/night! 💫
