Slow Regeneration Time - Ever Heard about No Health packs around a Map and No Healers? I Heal Myself!
Enemies Can Random Crits - Random Crits are Bs!

Things are Remain Permanent Reasons -

No Damage Resistant - No Pain No Gain
No Environment Resistant - ever felt hot and cold? how about a shock? 
World Level 8 - There is no Difference between ups and downs as Level 0, Ultra-Nightmare? No Problem as long as you don't get Hit. Seriously..
Rocket Jump Deals Self Damage - I Have No Description about this thing but as a Soldier Gaming, Rocket Jumping Feels Free in a Cost of Pain.
Infinite Stamina - Run out of Breath on choke points? here ya go, Infinite Stamina. now you can avoid as much as possible.
