Currently Time Square is in chaos as civilians run from criminals and the Juggernaut while the police try to stop this but failing due to the fact Juggernaut is unstoppable.

Juggernaut: "No one can stop the Juggernaut!" He said only for a stop sign to slam into his side surprising everyone.

Which everyone look only to see Y/N Kassidy standing in front of a building.

Y/N: "Let see how you handle Carnage" he said morphin into Carnage who then charge at the Juggernaut.

Meanwhile at Union.

Currently Rias Peerage and team Rwby are in the Headmasters office where they are watching the news about Juggernaut fighting Y/N.

Ozpin: "Go and capture Y/N at any cost" he said which the team salute then teleport out of the office.

Back to New York.

Currently Carnage is multitasking by defending the citizens while trying to do some damage to the Juggernaut but all his attempts fail.

However on top of a building is Malevolenternatus himself who watch the battle but standing beside him is a female wearing a green shirt.

???: "Union will be here soon. Should I help him now or wait?" The female said looking at Y/N with lust in her eyes.

Malevolenternatus: "Not yet as phase two is about to begin" he said smiling.

Suddenly Carnage stop as he begins to twitch as his body begin to glow with red energy which cause Juggernaut to stop and look at Carnage with confusion.

Juggernaut: "What the f_ck is going on" he said then Carnage scream causing many widows to shatter while hurting Juggernaut own ears.

Then in a flash Carnage vanish but reappear behind Juggernaut and in one slash Juggernaut scream in pain.

Carnage: "That more like it!" He said and begin to slash Juggernaut like crazy.

It wasn't long until Juggernaut pass out from blood lost which upset Carnage that he roar.

Carnage: "Blast! That wasn't exciting as I thought!" He said then he dodge a bullet which he look only to grin when he see Rias Peerage and team Rwby.

Rias: "Y/N Kassidy! By Union authority you are coming with us!" She said only to scream when a knife stab her in the breasts.

This completely surprise everyone as the knife came from nowhere.

???: "F_ck I miss her heart. Oh well" a female voice spoke causing everyone to look only to see a female wearing a green shirt and holding a knife.

Issei: "How dare you hurt the president!" He said only to scream when Carnage throw a stop sign in his nuts.

Carnage: "You should talk p_ssy" he said.

Kiba: "You'll pay for that!" He said only for the mysterious woman to laugh demonically which send shivers up the devils and huntresses spine.

Chara: "First I'm Chara and second you devils and sl_ts stand no chance against the two of us" she said smiling sinisterly.

Carnage: "Why would I team up with you?" He ask only for Chara to smirk and look at him with lust in her eyes.

Chara: "Because we the same: Killers" she said then blood came out of her eyes and mouth scaring the devils and huntresses.

Ruby: "We we face scarier things!" She said only for both Chara and Carnage to dash up to her then roar in her face causing her to pass out with blood leaking out of her ears.

Yang: "Sis! You'll pay for scaring her!" She said only for Chara to slice her arm causing her to scream then pass out from shock.

Chara: "I'll deal the remaining sl_ts and you handle the devils" she said then attack Weiss and Blake.

Carnage: "This gonna be fun" he said attacking the devils.

For the next few minutes both Carnage and Chara torture the devils and huntresses with many of them having broken bones or severe injuries.

It wasn't long until both Carnage and Chara look at the master piece they create from the blood of devils and huntresses.

Chara: "Beautiful~" she said wiping a fake tear from her cheek.

Then Malevolenternatus appear which surprised Carnage at seeing him again.

Malevolenternatus: "Agree. Now then Ddraig, I know you're awake!" he said which the gauntlet from Issei hand glow.

Ddraig: "Source of Evil! What a surprise to see you here" the gauntlet spoke in a female voice.

Malevolenternatus: "Yeah well I believe it time for you to have a proper host" he said then slam his foot onto Issei arm completely breaking it and cutting it off from Issei.

Carnage: "okay that was brutal" he said a bit surprised at how strong Malevolenternatus is.

Malevolenternatus: "Catch" he said grabbing the gauntlet and ripping it off from what remain of Issei arm then throw the gauntlet to Carnage.

Immediately a glow blind Carnage for a few seconds but once his sight return he is surprised to see the gauntlet onto his arm.

Carnage: "Guess this is karma for abusing such a powerful dragon" he said.

Malevolenternatus: "Just be glad that the devils won't be able to heal them using those cheating Phoenix tears anyway see y'all later" he said then vanish.

Chara: "Heh guess I'm your fourth partner" she said confusing Carnage until he morph back into Y/N.

Y/N: "Explain what you meant by that" he said crossing his arms.

Chara: "Simple. Both of us are a team~" she said grabbing Y/N arm and press her breasts onto his arm.

Y/N: "Great what gonna happen next" he said.

Ten minutes later.

At an abandoned warehouse Y/N and Chara is currently sitting on chairs looking at Nick Fury.

Chara: "You were saying?" She said which Y/N slam his forehead onto the table.
