Neptune is a happy, energetic, and excitable girl with a very strong sense of justice. Her ditzy personality causes her to be very careless at times which can either help her or land her into serious trouble. She makes friends rather easily due to her friendly nature and often gives them cute nicknames. People admire her optimistic outlook and confidence. She never gives up or backs down when the going gets tough and she makes sure to see her objective through to the very end. As Purple Heart she is a serious and mature person. She's often calm and rarely changes facial expressions. She is a very observant and intelligent female, thinking in a rational matter most of the time, but she's not as intelligent then Y/N. She is the complete opposite of her human form in many aspects but her strong sense of justice and confidence remains unchanged. It can be said that Purple Heart is a bit arrogant, having a strong confidence in her abilities and believing that no one can defeat her. Despite her change in personality, there are times that where Purple Heart acts like her human form, evident when Neptune turns into Purple Heart just to ride a roller coaster or have private time with Y/N.

Noire, in a word, is Tsundere. IT'S NOT LIKE I CARE OR ANYTHING BAKA!!! She is a girl who thinks highly of herself and strives to be number one in everything she does. Noire often does and say things but tries to play it off as if there is no more meaning behind her actions. It is possible that she is a very caring person at heart but masks it with snobby arrogant attitude in the hopes people will not see through her facade. As Black Heart her personality remains fairly unchanged in her goddess form. The only difference is that she becomes more aggressive and competitive than before, but other than that, she's basically the same.

Blanc/White Heart
Goddess Of Anger
Initially, Blanc seems like a quiet and introverted girl. She normally speaks in soft calm voice and appears to be extremely innocent. However, under that innocent exterior is a foul-mouthed, easily angered girl. She swears a lot and insults people right to their faces when she doesn't like them or if they piss her off. Blanc seems to be a lot calmer than White Heart. As White Heart, at first glance, is a calm and emotionless girl. However, just like Blanc, when angered she gets uncontrollably violent to the point of trying to kill. She isn't as quiet as Blanc and is very assertive and aggressive when it comes to battle and other things. So don't and I mean don't piss off Blanc, or else your toasted!

Vert/Green Heart

Vert is a very kind and mature woman who often plays the maternal role of the CPUs due to not having a sister herself. She is shown to be very caring to others and very wise, but can also be playful at times as well. She is shown to be the most level headed out of the goddesses at times. As Green Heart, her personality is typically the same as her human form albeit just a bit more serious than before but still with playful tendencies here and there, especially when it comes to her bust size. Blanc falls victim to her teasing the most.

Nepgear/Purple Sister

Nepgear is a very genuine and kind girl, but she sometimes lacks the self-confidence she needs to do what has to be done. This trait of hers often leaves her to be pushed around or constantly having to be encouraged by her party members. As Purple Sister, she is practically the same as Nepgear, though she becomes a bit more confident in her abilities than before. Even in this form, she's still rather easy to push around. And she is also a genius when it comes to technological issues.

Uni/Black Sister
Candidate For Cutest Tsundere
Uni is similar to Noire in personality regarding some aspects such as the Tsundere factor. Overall, however, Uni seems to be much friendlier and a lot less arrogant than Noire due to the inferiority Complex she has from striving to be just as flawless as her older sister. As Black Sister, her personality is identical to her human form though, as with nearly all the goddesses, she becomes a lot more confident in her abilities and more serious.

Rom/White Sister
Candidate For Shyness
Rom seems to be very quiet and possibly even shy in comparison, and doesn't say much. Rom sometimes seems upset or nervous by how Ram acts or what she does, but otherwise she lets Ram do as she pleases with her. Though Rom has also shown signs of exerting how own free will. As White Sister, while Rom is Normally soft spoken and shy, when she activates HDD and becomes White Sister she starts to speak up louder (though still speaking softly for the most part) and sounds far more serious and confident in her abilities.

Ram/White Sister
Candidate For Ultimate Prankster
Ram is the one most like Blanc in terms of personality. She is usually seen smiling or smirking and likes to touch or get playful with Rom and could be considered the dominant of the two twins. She may also have an attitude or a short fuse, and she is energetic. As White Sister, when she activates her HDD and becomes White Sister. Ram's personality is generally the same aside from her becoming more serious about fighting. However, her childish and bratty personality is still present even in this form.

IF/Iffy
The Gust Of Wind
IF or Iffy is a knowledgeable girl, but she can sometimes be overconfident over what she knows. She is headstrong and always plans and finishes things her way. Because of this, she does not like doing things that does not benefit her or any of her group's main objectives. Nevertheless, she's dragged along things that she does not want to do. Despite being almost always serious, IF can be sarcastic over some things. It is revealed that IF has a strong emotional dependency on the cellphones she keeps close, when someone takes her phone from her she becomes desperate to get it back regressing from her strong and independent demeanor to one more cutesy and innocent who was whining to get her cellphone back. She returns to normal almost immediately once she gets it back however.

Compa
The Clumsy Nurse
Compa is a very kind and caring girl who takes her dream of becoming a nurse very seriously. She will always try her best to make sure that everyone is healthy and will never leave an injured person alone to suffer. She can be somewhat of a ditz at times and also very clumsy as well, but all in all she cares for everyone (except for bad people, or if people hurt or threats Y/N) no matter the situation. She is also surprisingly good at math.
