Peace remained on Earth after Majin Buu struck, who after spreading terror was destroyed with the joint effort of the universe.
3 years passed by and Goku kept on training with Goten who was managing his studies and training at the same time, Gohan was a full fledged scholar and had married Videl, they had a daughter Pan.

'Kamehameha! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!' Goten screamed as he unleashed the blue beam with all his might towards his father Goku. Both were in super saiyan stages, and Goku held the beam in his hand slightly struggling.
'HOLD IT TOGETHER SON!' Goku told his youngest son, who seemed to be getting tired. 'Your brother fought Cell defeated him with this Kamehameha only, push, think of me as an enemy, who killed everyone! Do it!!!!!!!!!'
Goten took heed and pulled a power greater then he had ever displayed, went beyond and even more.
Goku began to struggle as the kamehameha actually over took him and had to power up, pushing the kamehameha as he ascended to the next level, super saiyan two.
The surprising thing was he wasn't alone to do so, as the two proved like father and son.
Goten stood exhausted barely able to stand, as he looked at his father smiled, and said, ' Was that good?'
Then as the newly reached form took all of his remaining energy away, he fell down unconscious.
Goku was shocked at his son, who had nearly equalled his power, and had taken over the title of the youngest super saiyan two ever, just like he did with the first form!!!!!!
