As the fight began superman smirked and said "what's say we take this to the sky" vegeta laughed "won't make a difference to the outcome" he said as the two flew to the air making superman much closer to the yellow sun which was his plan "so we going to start this fight already, maybe if I hit you in the head enough times it'll help you remember that your underwear doesn't go on the outside" superman smirked at vegetas comment "very well hit me with your best shot" as soon as superman said that vegeta appeared in front of him and kneed him in the stomach causing super man to cough up blood, vegeta then grabbed superman by his hair and proceeded to punch him in the face

"Guess you might not even be taking part this time Goku" beerus chuckled while watching vegeta beat down superman "don't be so sure beeruses, focus on his energy it seems to be rising" whis commented as he stood behind beerus and Goku started focusing on superman's energy "hey you're right soon he'll be as strong as vegeta"

Superman managed to push vegeta off and flew further into the air until vegeta appeared in front of him "since you like the air so much why don't I give you a boost" vegeta said as he kicked superman under the chin shooting him upwards. Suddenly superman's power got much stronger and he flew back down to the point he was level with vegeta and smirked "thanks I needed that" vegeta was shocked of superman's power distance "h-how, how are you this strong" vegeta shouted in rage, superman then flew at vegeta at great speed upper cutting him sending him to the sky and flew up to him giving vegeta more punches

"He seems to like the sky a lot" Goku commented as he watched superman beating up vegeta in the air and whis thought to himself "seems Goku figured it out, apparently for vegeta in the possibility he did figure out superman's trick it would already be too late"

Super man then picked up vegeta and flew back down to the surface slamming vegeta into the ring knocking him out giving superman the victory
