Why do We do What we Do? 

So why do the Ambassadors do what they do? I get asked this question quite a lot, both by Wattpad users, and even occasionally by colleagues.

The answer to the first question is probably love. The Ambassadors are very much the heart of the Community, and want to do more than just be a Wattpad user.

But, why should we bother? Why should we be Ambassadors for Wattpad? 

That's both simple and difficult to answer. It could be as simple as "because we want to", but it's also more complex than that too. The joy, and strength, of Wattpad is that is has a Community. It's world spanning; a living, breathing network of people from a multitude of countries who speak hundreds of languages, write in many different styles, come from an incredibly diverse variety of backgrounds and cultures, but it's also a Community that bridges all backgrounds due to the shared love of a good story. 

 And we, as Ambassadors, are the glue that helps to bind all that together. 

 The Ambassadors touch many lives every day, and Wattpad touches millions. The Wattpad Community is where stories live, and whether those stories are personal or pure fiction, the people behind those stories are real.

Aren't you proud of all the Ambassadors that we have?  We are so proud of  all the Ambassadors and the good job they have been doing so far. Thank you for spreading love and being the heart of the community. We love you for that!
