2. No plagiarism: That's pretty much self explanatory but still. Do not copy anyone's works. The graphics should be of your own. Ready made Templates aren't allowed.

3. Follow the criteria: This is a must. If something is optional, then it's up to you, but if it's not, then you have to do as stated. If I ask you to tag 5 ppl, then you have to tag 5 ppl or else you will be disqualified unless you have a valid reason.
