A/N Hey guys! Sorry I couldn't update. I am furr-ently grounded but since we're on a 20 hour far ride to Texas from Florida they gave my tablet to me. Plus, I just re-read my 552 page long book, Cress: The Lunar Chronicles, and can no longer re-re-read it without being bored. Oh, well. Up next is Winter! I do not own the picture above. But it sure is funny. Edit: I am, in fact, ungrounded

Episode 2: The Psychic

A knocking sound came from the door. Dipper flipped out of the chair he was sitting in and answered the door. He let out a sharp gasp, nearly giving Mabel a heart attack.

"What?! What is it?!" She asked, worried for her brother's safety. Mabel let out a gasp as well when she saw who was at the door. It was Pacifica Pleasure. False alarm, Mabel thought.

Turning around, Mabel went back to reading her book, The Crown And The Flame. "Pacifica Pleasure! It's a pleasure to meet you!" She giggled politely at his joke.

"The pleasure is all mine." She joked back. Dipper's face turned serious. "Seriously, what are you doing here?" Pacifica gave a delicate smile that looked strained. "I saw you in the audience today and thought, 'how enchanting!' I wanted you to be my friend."

She didn't think they were enchanting in the slightest, although she had to admit that Dipper was kinda cute. "Mabel?" He called. "Do you think it's okay?"

"Sure! As long as you're home at seven!" Said girl answered, not putting her book down. That was all Dipper needed to grab Pacifica's hand, sending a tingle down her spine, but she didn't know why.

Mabel was pacing the room, worried about what happened to her brother. It was two hours past the time they had planned for him to come home.

"Mabel, sweetie, we're all worried, but you have to understand that he might've just gotten side-tracked." It was Melody that spoke up. Giving her another worried glance, Mabel sat down and counted to ten, breathing in and out.

But what happened if Pacifica wasn't to be trusted and Dipper was hurt and he couldn't move and Mabel wasn't there for him and it would be all her fault because she let him go and-

Mabel's thoughts were caught off at the door being swung open. It was Dipper, wincing at the loud bang he made. "He-Hey, guys." He flinched away at the fierce glare Mabel threw at him.

But it was quickly replaced with a hug. "We were so worried about you!" Melody snorted. "Mabel more so than us." Mabel sent another glare her direction.

"I-I lost track of time. I was having so much fun I just... forgot." Dipper explained. Mabel stepped back and put her hands on her hips. "Be more careful next time!" She chastised. Then she lowered her voice. "What if the fairies got you?"

Dipper gulped, realizing how dangerous Gravity Rises is. "Sorry...." Mabel sighed. "It's okay."

"I spoke to them. Just like you said." Pacifica Pleasure told her accomplice, Gideon Northwest. "All we did was fun stuff, and he didn't act suspicious. Mabel seemed kinda shifty, though."

Gideon's heart twisted a bit at the mention of her name, thinking of the friend he made. "Well, have you thought of talking to her?" Pacifica cleared her throat. "I was getting to it."

She was not. Not one bit did Pacifica Pleasure like Mabel Pines, although she was developing somewhat of a crush on her brother. Gideon rolled his eyes. "Sure you were."

Then he snapped his fingers. "How about you go to dinner with her? If she accepts she'll be vulnerable since she's then forced to be polite. I can pay for it if you want."

"And if she doesn't?" Gideon crossed his arms. "Then she doesn't." Pacifica sighed. "I'll pay for it, it's okay."

This was a bad idea.

The door bell rang and Mabel answered it this time since Dipper was going ice skating. She decided to not be on her rear end, thank you very much.

"Dipper isn't here." She said to the face at the door, attempting to rudely close to door. Pacifica held a surprisingly strong hand out, stopping the door from closing.

"I'm not here for Dipper." This caught Mabel's interest. "Then why are you here?" She asked slowly. Pacifica flashed a dazzling smile her way. "I wanted to invite you to dinner to have some girl time. Don't worry, I'll pay for it."

Mabel put her index finger on her chin, contemplating it. On one hand she didn't trust her, but then again Mabel didn't trust anyone. On the other hand, Pacifica could turn Mabel's view of her around at dinner and as an added bonus Dipper would be proud of her decision.

She nodded shyly. "I'll do it. I need it, anyways. Thank you very much, Pacifica. What time?" Pacifica clasped her hands behind her back. "Seven." She replied after a pause.

Mabel gave a polite smile and waved her goodbye. Maybe Little Miss Pleasure wasn't so bad after all.

A/N Hey guys! Hour 7 of our trip to Texas. This is probably updated a little while after I get to Texas, but frankly, I don't care. By the way, I got knocked out for 2 hours apparently. Let me explain! I get motion sick too easily so my mom had me take a pill that was supposed to knock me out so I didn't puke. I did not know that. When I woke up my arms were weak, they still are, and life felt funny. OH, WELL! Have fun with this Vigenere.
