Note: This can also be made as a cover, but here, I've used 1:1 ratio.

#OPEN IBISPAINTX
and import a clean background of your preferred colour. Here, I've used baby blue.

#OPEN 'FILTER'
and under 'frame', click on table (size) and import the lines with the following measurements. You can also make any adjustments according to your wish. The colour preferred is WHITE.

#CHOOSE A face claim according to your wish and use his/her png.

#IMPORT YOUR FACE CLAIM
and make sure his/her placement is in the middle. Don't worry about the cutout part, we'll be covering it.

#CLICK ON THE HAND ICON
and choose the ellipse under drawing tool.

#ADD A NEW LAYER
and choosing the shade of the background, draw an ellipse.

#USING A DIFF COLOUR,
preferably white, draw another ellipse.

#CHOOSE RECTANGLE TOOL
and draw a rectangle like shown below. Type any text you want in it.

#GO TO BLUR FRAME
and add a blur in a shade of white.

#GIVE FINISHING TOUCHES
according to your wish. Here, I've kept it really simple and neat.

#ADD A FILTER
and then you're done!
