Things so far didn't go well for the boy. The Trico was mad and wild as heck, that much that he barely removed the spear stuck in it's leg. Even feeding wasn't enough to accept the boy. How was he supposed to remove the spear from the Trico's shoulder?

The child approached it's shoulder from behind, keeping a safety distance from the hind legs. He tried to go for it from the front, but the beast roared right at his face. The boy held on the beast tightly, not to fall off. The Trico wanted to get off it badly.

What was it's problem?

He pulled and removed the spear just to be kicked at. He just wanted to help and this is what he got for a 'thank you'.

The boy finally woke up from his unconsciousness, feeling a warm stream of air on his face. He opened his eyes to see... Trico!

The creature seeing him wake up, stepped back and huffed, feeling upset. It was curious, but didn't intend to wake him up. The Trico snorted and sat to scratch it's neck.

The boy slowly approached the beast, but once in it's sight, it began stepping back again, until the chain attached to the armor didn't allow to anymore. Then it stomped the ground, not letting the human come closer. The boy frowned.

"I just want to help you!", he called out.

The Trico gave a suspicious look and growled in response. After a few moments, it sat down and looked awaiting. The boy got it as a 'fine' and cautiously approached. The creature really didn't budge but still was far from happy. The boy climbed and pull a lever on top of the armor.

Once down, the Trico shook and got it off. It then immediately ran to the other area of the cave. It wanted to find a way out of here as soon as possible. The boy followed.

After feeding Trico and finding a strange mirror - shield thing that activated the Trico's power of making lightning out of it's tail, the unlikely duo passed through a tunnel and swam to pass a small lake. Still the beast wasn't ok with the boy near it, but allowed him to get on it's back to leave the lake area.

The exit of the cave was blocked by a wall. No problem for Trico it just jumped up to a gap and the boy got out through a hole. He saw the creature stand at the edge of a cliff and roar at a big white tower. It then looked around and spotted some columns, made of rock piles. The Trico began jumping on them, leaving the boy behind.

The boy with his turn, spotted ledges on the wall. He walked on them and hanged on chains to reach the creature that had stopped on a balcony. It was looking at a gate high up the opposite building.

Sighing, the boy lifts his mirror and aims for the gate. Trico's lightning destroys it and a statue falls, creating a bridge that fell on a lower level. The Trico jumps up directly on the gate. The boy crosses the 'bridge' as fast and cautiously as he could, to not lose the beast.

It was too late however. When he arrived, the Trico had already began jumping up on a gap and away.

"Wait! Where are you going?", he shouted.

The boy was left standing there, with his jaw hanging open at how the Trico left him like that.

A/N: Hey there! It's a me A New Day (yeah, I better change my username) again, with a new The Last Guardian fanfic. As you see, I twisted things, making Trico much wilder. What will happen next?
