"naina i believe something is not right"
Pooja took naina in a corner with worried look on her face

"What happen"

"I think rajveer sir is in danger
Mera phone bar bar ek cross connection catch kar raha hai
And it's not good "

"Pooja tune pehle bhi ye kaha tha but there was nothing"

"Naina i have prove this time
I have a recording
And whatever I heard its not good
Tu khud sun le"

She extended her phone towards naina and naina looked at her and then her phone and asked her to go to the room so that they are not heard.

The boys are sitting in naina and Pooja 's room
With tensed expression and worry

"Kma mein arms ki smuggling ho Rahi hai
And captain rajveer is about to bust them tonight and those people know about captain "
Ud gave a summ up

"Ab humein kya karna chahiye "
Ali put a question forward .

Pooja started dailing his number which was continuously out of reach

Ud snorted at this almost instantly
Naina gave him a look and he sat straight

Huda said almost frustrated

She asked

Main koi ilzam nahi laga Raha hun

Bata akhri bar kab pucha tha tujhe date ke liye"

Naina was speechless
He looked at alekh to help her here
To back up her
But alekh looked convinced too....

"Dekh naina tere aur sir ke beech special connection hai to hai...
Aur usme kuch galat bhi nahi hai.
Par is waqt ye discussion important nahi hai
Tu please ja aur sir se bat kar".

Bam bam bam

There was loud knock on the door and they heard commotion outside
The boys hide themselves as naina opened the door and it was lolita mam

"There is gonna be a lockdown till morning
Stay inside no matter what
Got it ".

"Yes mam"
Both replied

Locking the door behind them they turned towards the boys

"I guess BC is helping rajveer sir
Isiliye ye lockdown cadets ki safety ke liye
Ab kya karen"
Ali asked concerned

"Aur kya karenge ek hi rasta hai"

Huda said opening the window

"Ek ek karke utrenge pipe se
Aur do do ke pair mein spread honge
Noth gate , East gate and front gate."
Alekh announced the plan

And they started climbing down the pipe.

Alekh and naina went towards the front gate
Ali and Pooja towards the north
Huda and ud took the East gate

The basic plan was to find captain rajveer and warn him
And when he will not agree to abort , to help him.

Alekh and naina Crawl through the walls lurking in the dark
Waiting for any movement

To her luck she saw a familiar silhouette and asked alekh to stay while he went to him

She whispered making him almost jump with surprise

"What the hell are you doing here "
He was baffled
Not able to believe his eyes

Pooja got a cross connection and we learn about the smuggling and your operation

She said keeping an eye over her shoulder

He was stunned by their audacity

She asked agitated looking at him with all the seriousness in her eyes

He emphasised

She said even without looking at him

While he was jaw dropped

Her presumtious reply still surprises him after all this time
She has always been this carefree with him.

"Naina main ek trained officer hun......"
She cut him in between

"Yeah and I am a cadet apke pas aur koi daleel hai"
She said in a fed up tone.

Trying to get up to check the corner of the corridor.

When he pulled her down holding her with both her arms.... She almost stumbled on him as he secured her in his arms.

"Naina samjho bat ko .... Tum kyu itni zid karti ho"
This time there was no comic tone
He was dead serious....

"I can't risk your life , you understand "

She took a moment to register what he said as she was judging this new found proximity between them
He was close
Like really close
She can smell his perfume and his mint breath

She gathered herself back and replied

"I am scared for you too
Evertime when you leave without warning
And I just sit and keep wondering... if you are safe."

Her words were unexpected... It really took him off gaurd.
He said something he would have never said otherwise

"I am always gonna come back to you naina "
He has absolutely no idea why he gave her this promise
But it seemed kind of necessary to reassure her .

They were close and he can swear that he saw her leaning towards him
If they cover the distance of few inch
They might kiss , he thought
Is that consent he is reading on her face or is he reading too much....

Should he bend down and  kiss her
But what if he is interpreting it wrong.

He kept calculating, not brave enough to make a move , while she saw his struggle
And melted like wax.
His resistance is making him more attractive.

His phone rang breaking the moment
It was one of his junior officer posted here as an orderly.. informing him that the coast is clear.

"Don't get hurt "
He said to her before getting up.
