6 years ago, a 12 year old boy was found in the basement of his house by the local authorities, covered in blood and surrounded by eight dead bodies. 

Since that unfortunate night and the rough seven months that followed, all everyone could talk about, the only news that being reported was that of The Basement Killings. Throughout this one name constantly rang out like a siren, Reed Caffrey. 

12 January 2012, the last news we heard was about Caffrey being sent to some juvenile reform center. Soon after a month or two, news channels stopped covering the story, people moved on to different gossips; both the incident and the name Reed Caffrey slipped out of everyone's mind. Forgotten, just like last month's popular meme. 

15 Febuary 2018, Eda walks out of the administrative building with her usual stack of various comitte flyers to come face to face with the ghost of Reed Caffrey. 

He was back in school and something about it made Eda's heart drop to the pit of her stomach.
