The way the audition worked was a girl came up, sung What I've Lost, Then a boy was called up and they did the scene, the girl sat down and the boy sung What Have I Done. Then repeat until everyone has gone. 

Peggy was up first. She sung What I've Lost quietly and everyone (almost) wanted to cry when she finished, singing "I've lost everyone I love... But Nina... And maybe... AHHHHH!" The song really did end on a scream. A rude enough boy named James did the scene with her and sung his song. (not very well. A girl named Maria came up and sang. Her and Hercules did the scene, and they did well, too. So did Hercules in general. A bunch of people auditioned, and then it was Angelica's turn. She BELTED What I've Lost strongly, shouting out, "All but this group is gone, this group, the outcasts, with me!" She finished the song, (screeching) and then Alexander was called up to do the scene with her. They shouted at each other, a perfect shouting match up. Then Alex sung. "What have I done? What  did I do, really tell me, what did I screw.... up...." Then everyone had to go. 

Two days later, the cast list was up. The parts given were:

Tina: Maria

Nina: Catherine

Lance: Hercules

Nancy: Cornelia 

Will: John L.

Jill: Peggy

Jack: John C. 

Brice: Alexander

Asha: Angelica

Aria: Eliza

Adande: James R. 

Government: Sophie, Jacob, Ruby, Sally, Angel

Twins: Dina, Aaron, Andy, Calla, Aida, Max, Mary, Lavender, Sapphire, Lily

Everyone else is a citizen, and anyone who wants to join now is as well.

Alex's scream could be heard anywhere on Earth. "I'M ONLY BRICE??? WHAT IS THIS???" Meanwhile, Angelica was partying. "I'm Asha?? HAHa, I shoot all the government people!!"

With Angelica excited, Peggy ecstatic, and Alexander angry, they all prepared for the first rehearsal.
