"So, you were told off by (Y/N)," Fuli said. "That is...Hilarious!" Fuli laughed as Kion frowned not amused by her comment. "Not funny, Fuli," Kion said, rolling his eyes slightly. "Oh, come on Kion. It's a little funny." Bunga said. "Not you too, Bunga. I was just trying to save her from a snake and she snapped at me." Kion explained.

"Some girls just don't want to be damsels in distress," Fuli said. "Then, girls are weird," Kion said rolling his eyes. Fuli gave him an 'I know you didn't say that' look. Kion chuckled saying. "No offense, Fuli." "Sure, Kion." She said. Kion sighed a bit and said. "Ono! Go on ahead. The rest of us will take the patrol on the ground in groups of two." Kion ordered. "Right, Kion," Ono said.

Ono flew ahead of the rest of the Lion Guard as the rest moved out into the Pridelands.

~(Y/N)'s POV~

I should have told Kion that the snake, he scared away wasn't even poisonous. It has venom which paralyzes but not kill. It was probably just passing through and Kion scared it away. Jee, what an airhead and supposed to be a prince... you know I should cut him some slack he doesn't know much about the animals that live her like I do... maybe I should help him with that... yeah!

"(Y/N)!" I heard my name being called from the herd of rhinos not far. A young rhino pushed through the herd towards me. "Chumvi!" I called the rhino happy to see him. "It's good to see you again, (Y/N)," Chumvi said. "Same here," I said as a smile pulled at my muzzle.

Chumvi lost his herd a few months ago and I help him find them. It's was quite an adventure and we became close friends. His herd was very grateful that I help him so they think of me as part of the herd. Cool, right! I'm part of pride and a herd! "Taking your usual walk through Pridelands?" Chumvi asked.

I nodded. "Of course! The best part of my life." I said. Chumvi chuckled. "You haven't changed a bit, (Y/N)." He said. "I guess not." I laughed. I and Chumvi talked for a while, catching up, seeing what's new. Then I remembered who I was supposed to meet today. "Oh, Chumvi. I have to go. There's something I need to see today. And I promise her I would." I said.

Chumvi nodded. "I get it. It was nice to see you, (N/N)." Chumvi said. "Yeah, you too," I said as I watched Chumvi get back to his herd. That's when I rushed to the waterhole where the crocodiles play.
