The court of Dwarika was busy as always, discussing the matters of state and defences. Unlike other kingdoms Dwarika had three thrones, all at the same level showing the equal status of the ones who sat on them. The Throne on the right was of Balram, the throne on the left was of Rukmini and behind her stood other queens of Krishna, but today only Jambavati was there. The centre Throne belonged to none other than Dwarikadheesh himself, Vasudev Shri Krishna sat with all his glory.

They were busy discussing matters of the army when they heard someone screaming in agony.

"AAH !! KSHAMA KARDIJIYE." A voice begged.

"YEH TOH SAMB KI AWAAZ HAI." Jambavati said worriedly and looked at Krishna, who expressionlessly starred at the entrance.

Soon Samb came to court room running away from someone, his body was covered in long red bruises, he looked extremely frightened and restless as he accidentally tripped and fell on the ground.

Everyone was shocked seeing Samb in this condition except Krishna, who thought it was a well deserved punishment. They heard a very familiar sound of payal, guards raised their spears at the possible threat but lowered them seeing the one who entered the court.

Samb looked at Amarsri scared as she approached him with a lash. He never imagined she would do something like this, the lash is used to beat animals not humans.

Everyone in the court were frozen in place, especially Balram, Pradyumn and Rukmini who were beyond shocked seeing the fire of anger in Amarsri's eyes, it seemed if it was real, the fire might burn the entire Dwarika this very moment to the ground.

Amarsri came near Samb and whipped him mercilessly, for a moment it seemed the girl had no heart. Samb screamed in pain, everyone looked at the scene wide-eyed.

Amarsri kept whipping him ruthlessly as long red bruises forming in his skin with every hit, Samb kept screaming but no one dared to come forward and stop her fearing that they might burn in the fire of her anger. Samb rolled away from her and then everyone were brought back to their senses.

"SAMB !" Jambavati called and ran towards him, she took him in her embrace and placed his head in her lap. The ministers decide it was best to leave so they went out of the courtroom without saying a word.

"AMARSRI !? YEH KYA KAR RAHI HO !? " Jambavati asked with tears in her eyes. Rukmini, Krishna, Balram and Pradyumn all came towards them.

"MATA HAT JAYIYE, SAMB ABHI SAHANUBUTI NAHI DAND KA PAATRA HAI. YEH DWARIKA KA APRADHI HAI." Amarsri said.

"KISI MAA KE SAMNE TUM USKE PUTRA PAR ITNE NIRMAM TAREEKE SE KODE BARSA RAHI HO ? MAI KAISE HAT JAYU ?" Jambavati said.

"JIJI, SAMB NE KIYA KYA HAI ?" Pradyumn asked worried.

"BATAO AMARSRI, AISA KYA KIYA HAI SAMB NE JO TUM USPE KODE BARSA RAHI HO." Balram asked, Amarsri couldn't bring herself to say his heinous acts towards Laxmana, she was at loss of words.

"SAMB DWARIKA KA RAJKUMAR HAI, USKE SAATH AISA VYVHAAR HUA AUR AAP MAUN KAISE HAI ? KUCH KAHIYE NA." Jambavati said to Krishna who was awfully silent the whole time.

"MAI SWAYAM KUCH NAHI KEH PAA RAHA HU, KINTU SAMB NE JO KIYA HAI WOH ISI DAND KE YOGYA HAI." Krishna said, Everyone except Amarsri gave him a confused look.

But their confusion was cleared when they saw Rukmavati coming towards them holding a sobbing and weak Laxmana. She had bruises on her arms with blood coming out from few of them, especially from her ears.

"LAXMANA ?" Rukmini called.

"MAA.." Laxmana ran up to her and fell in her embrace and cried her heart out. Everyone guessed what Samb would have done to her, looking at her condition it was quite obvious.

"DWARIKA KE ISS RAJKUMAR NE DWARIKA KE MAAN, MARIYADA AUR KULACHAR KO KALANKIT KIYA HAI. AAJ SAMB NE JO LAXMANA KE SAATH KIYA HAI WOH KUBUDDHI, KUKARM AUR KUDRISHTI KI PARAKASHTHA HAI." Amarsri said. Jambavati got up leaving pushing Samb on the ground, she was not able to believe that her son would do such a thing.

"AUR SAMB NE LAXMANA KE SAATH YEH VYAVHAAR PEHLI BAAR NAHI KAYI BAAR KIYA HAI. LEKIN AAJ TOH ISNE SAARI HADE HI PAAR KARDI." Rukmavati said, Rukmini and Balram looked at Samb angrily whereas Jambavati lowered her gaze in embarrassment. Pradyumn was finding it difficult to take everything in.

"LAXMANA HUMARI KULVADHU HAI ISKE SAMMAAN KI RAKSHA RAJYA KA DAITWA HAI. AUR DWARIKA MAI STREEYO KE SAMMAAN KO SHEESH PE RAKHA JATA HAI." Amarsri said and a tear fell from Krishna's eye. He walked up to Laxmana and joined his hands.

"SAMB KE ISS ACHARAN KE LIYE HUM SHARMINDA HAI, TUMHARA APMAAN DWARIKA KA APMAAN HAI. ATAH MAI VASUDEV SHRI KRISHNA, PUTRI LAXMANA SE KSHAMA YACHNA KARTA HU." Krishna said apologetically to Laxmana.

Samb lowered his gaze, ashamed of what he had done. Because to him his father and mother were embarrassed in front of the family. He just wanted Krishna to love and favour him the most and not Amarsri but in doing so he took out his anger on Laxmana. And now it seemed quite impossible to gain his love and favour back.

'YEH MAINE KYA KARDIYA ? APNA KRODH NIRDOSH LAXMANA PAR NIKAL DIYA ?' Samb thought, he was ashamed of his actions. At least now he realised his actions were wrong.

"AAPKO KSHAMA MANGNE KI AWASHYAKTA NAHI HAI, PITA VASUDEV." Laxmana said and Rukmavati took her outside the courtroom with Rukmini. Krishna, Balram and Pradyumn left after angrily glaring at Samb, they wanted to say a lot to him, scold him, yell at him but they were at loss of words. Jambavati stayed although angry at Samb but she couldn't leave her son like this. Amarsri also decided to leave afraid she might again loose her temper at Samb.

"HUM AAJ KA DIN KABHI NAHI BHULENGE, JIJI" Samb threatned, Amarsri turned around and raised her left eyebrow angrily at him.

"BHULNA BHI MAT, AAJ KA DIN TUMHE YAAD DILAYEGA KI EK STREE KE SAATH DURVYAVHAAR KARNE KA KYA PARINAAM HOTA HAI." Amarsri said in a warning tone and left.
