I will never apologize for to much Wolfstar.

I can't get enough of them.

(Also, short chapter)

:)

Running through walls had become a normal thing for the three boys. Sirius Black, James Potter, and Peter Pettigrew all pushed their carts through the brick wall between the two signs reading 9 and 10. Passing through the dark room and coming out on the other side to a mirroring train station as they had just been in. But this was full of people they really recognised. A few of their other outside friends ran by, careful not to hit anyone with their own carts on their way to the bagging train car.

"Have you guys seen Remus?" James asked them. Sirius smiled.

"He told me he was gonna be a little late, tired from the moon last night," he said, his smile fading. Sirius had hated leaving Remus's parents to deal with his transformation without any cover for him, but the boy had wanted to go home to see his parents, even if he would have to suffer the consequences of new scars. They quickly walked towards the train, each of the boys picking up their trunk and animal cage. Then, they all made their way towards the doors to enter the large red train.

"Are you sure we shouldn't wait for Remus?" Sirius asked them as they found an open car. James snatched Sirius's trunk from hsig rip, shoving it above their seats as Peter shoved his underneath. Prongs picked up with his own trunk, ushing it above on the other side of the booth seat with the shake of his head.

"He'll be fine, Padfoot," James said, patting him on the back. "Stop worrying so much."

As Sirius sat down, he felt a pile of guilt whirling in his gut as he fiddled with his fingers. He felt like he should be outside waiting for his tired friend. James and Peter were already ordering candy from the trauly, stuffing their pockets as well as their mouths full of sugar. But SIrius didn't feel like eating. He leaned his head against the window, watching the platform for his friend to arrive.

Unfortunately, Remus did not show.

The train let out a large scream of the engine and vapor quickly filled the platform. Parents waved goodbye to first years and Sirius got to his feet, having enough of James's madness of not waiting for Remus.

"Stop the train!" Sirius shouted, attempting to get through James and Peters legs. BUt, his own stubby legs got tangled in theirs and he stumbled, quickly reaching out to the door frame to keep himself up right. "Stop the train!"

But, the train suddenly jerked, the gears pushing the entire machine forward slowly. Sirius tried to shove through the door, but James pushed him down.

"James what are you-"

"Remus told me to tell you to pop a squat if he didn't make it," James told him. "So, I'm doing what he told me to do."

"That's a first," Wormtail muttered. James shot him a glare.

Sirius pouted, sitting down at his seat. Why would Mooney tell Prongs to just let him miss the train?

Suddenly, movement caught his attention in the corner of his eyes. He quickly sat up, looking out the window to see a boy hugging his parents. Quickly, Sirius got his feet abruptly, rushing to the door of the car. James quickly slammed a hand out.

"I'm only gonna ask you this one more time, Padfoot," James said, looking at him with a firm glare. "Sit down."

"But it's Mooney!" Sirius said, shoving with all his strength. But James got to his feet and the height difference one out in the out.

Sirius plopped back down at his seat, crossing his arms in defeat.

The train sped up and they were off to Hogwarts. SIrius ignored any conversation James spoke of. He was still salty with his actions.

Suddenly, there was a quiet knock on the door. James got to his feet, walking to their car door and opening it. A small conversation went on between James and whoever was at the door and the shut again.

"Who was it?" Sirius asked as he turned towards the door.

His eyes immediately widened.

A tall, scarred boy stood in front of him, a shy smile on his face. It was Remus.

He had grown over the summer, his hair still a rats nest and his tan face a bit red from running. He wore his normally brown trench coat, though it was looking more rugged than normal, a few new colorful pathetches to the ends. A satchel was thrown over his shoulder and he held his trunk in his hand. One knew mark had been made on his face, running over his nose and over both of his freckled cheeks.

"Mooney," Sirius said, looking him up and down once more as he bit his lip.

He looked... very nice.

"Hey Padfoot," Remus said, his smile widening. James watched in amusement as Sirius stared at the taller boy. "Where should I put my stuff?" he asked. Sirius scrambled to his feet, taking his trunk and shoving it a bti to ruffly under the seat.

"Your a bit off today, Padfoot, what's up?" Remus asked him, sitting down across from him. Sirius's eyes grew wide.

"Nothing!"
