Sumedh's POV
Finally we came home. We had dinner and went to our rooms.

I went to the bathroom to have shower.

When I came back I saw that Devaki was lying on the bed. I looked at her confusingly.

"Woh, aajse....aajse me yehi sounghi, agar aapko problem nhi hai to" She said cutely.

I smiled. "Ofcourse nhi hai!" I said.

"Lekin..." She said.

"I know" I interrupted her. "Tum abhi tayaar nhi ho...pta hai mujhe" I said.

She smiled and nodded.

"Chalo dawai lo apni" I said. She took her medicines and closed her eyes.

Devaki'a POV
It was a new and strange feeling. He was sleeping on my right. We were actually sharing the bed. I was having goosebumps. Just the feeling was amazing...

Finally, everything was getting normal.

The next day ACP Vijay Khanna came to our place.

He showed me a picture. "Bhabhi isko dekha hai aapne kabhi?" He asked me.

"Yeh? Haan dekha hai...lekin yaad nhi aa raha...kaha dekha tha!?" I said.

"Bhabhi woh jo driver tha na, woh iska partner hai. Yaad kijie kaha mila tha yeh aapko" He said.

"Vijay tumhe pta kya chala hai?" Sumedh asked.

"Sumedh woh driver aur yeh aadmi, yeh saath kaam krte hai. Driver ne btaya hai k yeh aadmi ek..." He said and I completed his sentence. "...bookie hai" I said.

They looked at me and Vijay nodded.

"Shaadi se pehle ek match hua tha hamara, India vs. England, wahi mila tha yeh" I said.

"Bhabhi poori baat btaye" He said.

"Match k pehle mujhe hamare manager ne btaya k yeh boht bada fan hai mera. Mene isko milne k lie bulaya" I said.

*Flashback*
I was putting my pads on when someone knocked the door and asked permission to come in.

"Come in" I said. He came in.

"Hello Ma'am. Mera naam Wagah hai, me aapka boht bada fan hu. Thank you so much mujhse milne k lie" He said giving me some flowers. I smiled and thanked him.

"Thank you so much. I'm really sorry abhi mere paas aapse baat krne ka itna time nhi hai, match shuru hone wala hai" I said to him.

"Sure Ma'am. Par usse pehle...mere paas aapke lie ek aur taufa hai" He said.

I looked at him, wondering what the gift was.

"Ek offer hai Ma'am" He said. "Offer?" I asked confusingly.

"Ma'am aapka fan hu to aapka bhala chahta hu. Meri baat manogi to ham dono ka bhala ho jaega" He said. "Kesi baat?" I asked a bit serious.

"Ma'am, me chahta hu k aap mere lie khelo. Utna aap poori series me nhi kamati hongi jitna ek match me kama sakti ho. Ek over ka ek crore. Mere lie 25 overs khelo. Run rate 4 se upar naa jae...waha aapka faida yaha mera..." He was saying when I threw the flowers on his face.

"Yeh kachra uthao aur get out!" I shouted.

"Offer accha hai Ma'am" He said. "Mere paas bhi hai ek offer: sharafat se jaoghe to zinda jaoghe, warna yaha jo fans hai na, unko agar tumhare bareme btaya to chaar kandho ka sahara lekar jaaoghe" I said.

"Pachtaenghi aap" He said.

"Woh me dekh lunghi" I said and pushed him out of the room.

*Flashback ends*

"Bas yehi hua tha uss din. Uske baad mene isko nhi dekha" I said.

"Tumne mujhe btaya kyu nhi?" Sumedh asked.

"Yeh baat ko to boht time ho gaya. Mene kisi ko nhi btaya, socha choti si baat hai" I said.

"Well, Bhabhi hamne Wagah ko arrest kr lia hai. Bas aapse sun'na chahta tha yeh sab. Wagah aur uske saathi ne aapse badla lene k lie aapko drugs die, taaki BCCI aap pe doping charges laga k aapko suspend krde. Uss din hospital me bhi wahi tha" Vijay said.

"But now, you guys are safe. Court usko saza de dega" Vijay said. We smiled and nodded.
