Levy's P.O.V

I was excited to be put to a task to make someone else happy. I trailed down the hall to my next class to already see the blonde girl I'm after.

"Hey Lucy!" She looks up at me and gives me a shy smile

"H-hi"

"I'm kind of doing a task for someone right now.. So do you mind giving me your phone number?" She looks at me weirdly

"Who may I ask put you up to it?" She asked quietly

"Natsu" I answered cheerfully. In return I see her smile brightly.

"I would but I want to do it in person." She says turning away from the conversation to read a book. I walked over to my seat a crossed the room, filled with disappointment I sat down with a huff. I write the notes down in a notebook from off the board , my mind still upset with my failed mission.

Lucy's P.O.V

If Natsu wanted my number so bad why didn't he just ask me himself... Unless he tried to this morning.... Oh well, during lunch I will give it to him. I continue to read wondering to myself if I happened to be rude to Levy. Before I could put an end to my thoughts the bell rang dismissing us to our other classes. I quickly got up and rushed to my final class before lunch: science. When I sat down in my seat towards the back I soon became cheerful because I have this class with Natsu. I saw him walk through the door slowly as if he was sad about something. He worked his way over to his assigned seat right next to me, and slams his head down on the table.

"Are you Ok?" I asked

"Yea.. Just a little sad."

"May I ask why?" I saw him look up with shock written on his face.

Natsu's P.O.V

I was walking in the halls on my way to science still hoping to get news from Levy. As I got lost in thought I walked into someone. I stopped and looked down to see the just the person I wanted to seem

"Hey Levy!"

"Hey Natsu." She said kind of gloomy.

"Did you get Lucy's number?"

She looked down at the floor then answered
"No I didn't , she wouldn't give it to me.. She-" she was about to continue but I was hurt so I just muttered a quick thanks and continued my way to science.

Lucy's P.O.V
After school Natsu came running up to me with a gloomy complexion.

"What's wrong Natsu?" I asked full of concern.

Natsu told me why he was sad, and I could help but be sad with him.

"Natsu, the only reason I wouldn't tell her is because I wanted to give it to you personally." Once I said that his head sprang up and his whole demeanor changed.

"Really!?!?!" He asked and hugged me.
