Lucy's P.O.V

All I see is Lisanna whispering in Natsu's ear, then he nods and smiles brightly. What's going on? I feel a sudden anger with in me, wait... Why am I mad... I'm so confused.... What are these feelings? Oh well. I'm sure they are nothing, I'll just ask them. I came back to reality when Natsu called my name. 

"Hey Luce." Hmm I wonder what he wants .. 

"Yes?" I look at him 

"I have a surprise to show you." What surprise... What did I do to deserve this? .... 

"What is it?" I asked waiting for an answer. 

"What part of surprise don't you understand? Follow me." He stood up and held his hand out for me. I took the invitation , I held his hand and he pulled me up. He never did let go of my hand, he used it to guide me through the pitch black darkness around us. 

"Where are we going?" I asked losing my patience , 

"somewhere, now close your eyes" with that sudden command I did what I was told with a huff. If felt like we have been walking for hours, until Natsu finally stopped. I was going to open my eyes, but Natsu must of read my mind because he didn't even turn to face me and said 

"keep your eyes closed." I pouted but did as I was told. He started walking , while guiding me through some more twisty bends he sat down and pulled me with. I fell on top of him . I slowly opened my eyes to see that I had my hands on both sides of his head, and with my legs trapping Natsu's. I slowly brought my gaze back to look at him, to see a mild blush on his face. I started blushing , our faces were inches apart. Natsu's face softened , then I blushed and got off of Natsu. 

"I'm so sorry." I said 

"N-no its no p-problem" Natsu said still a tiny bit embarrassed of what happened. 

"Well anyways what was the surprise?" I asked. 

"Oh Yea, look . all those lights down there is Mongolia." Wow its so beautiful . I saw a glow out of the corner of my eye. When I turned to see what it was I was amazed.

Natsu's P.O.V

I was watching Lucy's reactions of the night time view of the town, then I saw her get distracted with another attraction of this special spot. I saw her looking at the cluster fire flies with utter amazement . when she reached out her hand , a fire fly landed on her fore finger making her giggle. Watching her having fun brought back those unknown feelings, it's so daunting not being able to understand some human emotions. I can't help but disparage myself a bit. I looked down at my watch to check the time, perfect its time for the grand finale of the surprise. The firework show should be beginning anytime now. 

"Hey Luce." With my sudden call I scared the fire flies away. 

"Yes?" She looked at me with her precious brown orbs. 

"Sit close by me and get ready for the last surprise." I said with the most cheekiest grin I could muster up. 

"OK" she swiftly scooted over to me, I could feel her hand bump mine. We both look down at out hands and blush. Why am I flushed from such little contact? Hmm , maybe I could muster up another quick surprise. I slowly reached for her soft tiny hand. I held on to it diligently, careful as to not break it. She looked down with shock , but ended up smiling. 

"Hey Luce?" 

"Yes?" Darn it I'm so nervous 

"I have this emotion that I feel towards someone, but I don't know what it is. So I was hoping you could kind of help me figure it out." She smiled brightly at me 

"of course! Maybe it will help me with my unknown emotion too" we both giggled and smiled together. I opened my mouth to talk some more , but I was interrupted by fireworks. 

"Oh , Natsu. Look how pretty they are!" I couldn't help but laugh at her childish side. 

"Why are you laughing?" She pouted 

"you're weird, you know that?" 

"Yes, I know" she laid her head down on my shoulder to enjoy the rest of the show.

Lisanna's P.O.V
Once Natsu and Lucy left we ended our game. 

"Where did they go?" Levy asked while sitting on top of Gajeel's lap. 

"Natsu took Lucy out for a surprise!"

 "That is so cute!" Juvia answered. 

"Do you know where they went?" Gray asked 

"I might, but Natsu didn't exactly tell me the location." I said with a small frown. 

"So what is the surprise?" Erza asked 

"well, from what Natsu said. He took Lucy to an awesome clearing in the woods that had a beautiful over look of the town. He took her there to watch fire flies and the fire work show." I smiled. 

"This is the first time Natsu has ever done this for someone." Gray commented 

"Yea , he even had me help him... I sear he was desperate." 

"Should we spy on them?" Juvia asked 

"no I think we should leave them alone, you never no what they could be doing. They need their privacy." Jellal said I whined 

"OK fine, but is it just me or is Natsu smiling brighter?"

"Yea I have noticed that too. And it seems as though Natsu is the only on that can make Lucy smile." Gray said

Lucy's P.O.V

My heart is beating so fast, I didn't know what to do when Natsu grabbed my hand. So I did what first came to mind, I laid my head on his shoulder and continued to watch the fireworks. After awhile I soon forgot the position I was sitting in. When the last firework shot up in the air , I couldn't help but blush. I now remember what I'm doing. I sit up straight and look over at Natsu. He is still focused on the town, I couldn't help but smile. Hmmm... A thought just came to mind this is the first time in like ten years I have smiled. 

"Hey Luce. What's wrong?" 

"Oh, I guess you could say I was lost in thought." I smiled softly.
