Simon. Caroline. Police. Hospital.

Those were the four words that ran through my mind. Caroline has been taken by the cops. They were going to get Alicia because Caroline had told them where she got the drugs from. I had already called Simon's parents and they were on their way to the hospital.

It happened so fast, one minute I was hoping to join Caroline and Simon on their 'get together', only to end up finding a drugged Simon. I blame myself for not seeing it right from start. Caroline had always smiled at Simon, but I should have been able to see the look of disgust and hate hidden behind those smiles.

I did see the signs though, I mean Simon never liked her. He was a nice person and was really sweet to almost everyone and he had tried to tell me but I didn't listen. I was deceived with the image of the girl I once knew. But we've all grown, we are not the people we once were, it hurt knowing this, especially with how changed Caroline was. We could have thought that she would one day be the person she now was. Simon better be feeling well, I did blame myself. He was only trying to get closer to her for my sake. "How could I have been so blind?"

Footsteps.

Damon
Damon

"Damon!" I knew that voice. It was Alex.

I looked up to see Simon's parents, Sylvia and Alex running towards me. I stood up quickly, ready for all the questions I wasn't prepared to answer.

"Where is my baby? Damon, where did they take him?" Mrs Edward cried out, tears streaming down her face, she also had a running nose and she kept sniffing, trying to hold it in.

Baby?! Who is her baby? She has a baby?

"Damon!" Alex called out, snapping his fingers before me. "Please where is Simon?"

"Uh...Ward 7A?" I managed to say. As soon as the words left my mouth, Simon's Mom, Sylvia and Alex took off, but his Dad stayed behind, looking at me.

"Thank you for bringing my son to the hospital. But from this moment, I don't want to see you close to Simon," he told me in a really hard tone.

Was he serious? Simon was still in bed, was I really that bad in his eyes that he cared more putting me away than checking up on his son?  "What do you mean by stay away from Simon. I am—"

"Save it!" He snapped. "Ever since Simon started hanging out with you, I have been noticing some strange behaviours in him and he is always looking at me like he is afraid to tell me something."

That's because he actually is afraid and I think you should be more concerned in making him feel comfortable to share it with you than putting me away.

I couldn't stay away from Simon. He meant a lot to me, more than his dad, anybody or even he could begin to imagine. But this was an angry Dad before me, concerned for his son. It's better I left.

"Stay away from my son, Damon. He doesn't need people like you around him." Eyeing me for a moment,  he  walked away.

SIMON

I found myself in my classroom. Mr Matthew was drawing something on the board and everyone was reading a book, even Jake, and I had never seen Jake reading a book. I looked down at my desk, no book.

I didn't know why I cared at that moment. But I have never felt so left out, not even when Alex didn't speak to me for a whole five minutes because he was talking with Stiles. I should have a book, just like everyone else. I raised my hand to get the attention, but even though he wasn't looking at me, he somehow saw this. "Yes Simon, what do you want?"

"Uh... Mr Matthew, where is my book?"

"You don't have a book, Simon," he said and continued drawing on the board.

"I don't?" I asked, confused. Why don't I have a book? Everyone has a book, I want a book too. Then, I spotted a book lying on Mr Matthew's desk. I stood up and walked towards it. I found myself falling to the floor, I had tripped on someone's leg.

"Fuck!" I got up and started dusting myself, expecting the class to laugh at my clumsiness, but everywhere was quiet, no one was laughing. This was strange, did they have a zip on their mouth or something? Why weren't they laughing? I looked around and everyone was still reading the stupid book. What was so interesting in a book? I reached Mr Matthew's desk and grabbed the book.

"Uh... Mr Matthew, can I have this?" I asked him.

He turned around slowly, his eyes reminded me of a dead man's own, so empty and cold. I didn't think this was Mr Matthews, but it looked exactly like him and also the same voice, if it wasn't Mr Matthews, he wouldn't be teaching at the school. I felt cold chills running down my spine, down to my curled toes. "Mr Matthew are you okay? Do you need help with something?"

"You don't understand, Simon." He ignored my question. "You can't have a book, you have to wake up first."

"Mr Matthew, are you alright? You look really sick and what are you saying, wake up from what?" I turned back to look at the class and they had all dropped their books and were staring at me. It reminded me of some horror movie, one I haven't watched, but I knew was out there.

"WAKE UP, SIMON."
"WAKE UP, SIMON."
"WAKE UP, SIMON," The chanted, banging their fist on the table.

The class was spinning, I couldn't focus on one particular person, it didn't help that their faces looked blurred and it only got worse as the words left their lips. It was obvious my class was high on something, their words were getting to me now, I was becoming irritated.

"Shut your mouths! Are all of you crazy? Where is Damon? Wait till he hears what is going on." I started walking out of the classroom, but they didn't stop.

"Wake up, Simon!" I heard Mr Matthew voice shout above that of my mates. I ignored him and walked out, shutting the door behind me.

The school hall was empty. Class was going on, but still, the hall was never this empty. It suddenly felt like I was the only one in that building, I didn't feel safe in the halls anymore. I hurried back to the class and tried to go back in, better in there than out in the halls. But it was locked, I looked through the glass on the door. Mr Matthews and the rest of my classmates were not there anymore. But there was someone there, the classroom had gotten dark so I couldn't see the face well. But suddenly the figure began walking to me, it was a young woman...or a girl, she was dressed like a cheerleader. I didn't want to see the face, but I couldn't run, my legs were stuck. I closed my eyes, but it didn't help, I still saw it clearly. Just when I thought I was going to see the person, someone tapped me from behind gently. I let out a scream, turning to run away, my feet  suddenly free. But it was Damon. He was smiling at me. It wasn't creepy, it wasn't weird, it was Damon.

I sighed in relief, going close to hug him. "Oh, Damon, thank God you are here. Everyone has gone crazy and I know Mr Matthew was crazy before but—" He pulled back, holding me away at arm's length.

"Wake up Simon, please," Damon said softly, his hand caressing my face.

"What?" Did he just? I thought everything was now okay, but it seemed Damon was also in on this dirty trick.

"Please, wake up, I need you," He begged

He needs me, he needs me, I'm right before you, use me. "Why are you saying this? Why isn't everyone normal. I want everything to be normal," I cried "What is going on? Why is everyone acting strange?"

ALEX

Sylvia and I were in the room where Simon was sleeping while his parents were talking with the doctor just outside the room. Damon was nowhere to be seen. It was really sad to see my best friend in this position, though I promised never to hit a woman, I wouldn't mind taking back my words when I came across Caroline again.

"Alex?" She called. She had been quiet ever since her parents left the room.

"Yes?" I answered.

"Do you know the bastard who did this to my—Wait a minute. Alex, did you see that?" She got up, walking over to Simon's bed.

"See what?" I said and watched as she walked to Simon's bed, whose eyes was already opened slightly. "Simon!" I jumped up, rushing to his bed.

"Mum! He is awake!" Sylvia shouted.

"Jesus, woman, keep your voice down." Simon managed to say in a weak voice—more like a frog's voice. His voice was really rough, he even noticed this because his eyes widened in shock at the moment he heard himself speak.

I was about to rush towards him, when his mum came in, with his Dad running behind. The doctor followed and walked towards Simon to ask how he was feeling. I stepped back to let the doctor do what he knows best.

"Well...my head is on fire. My throat, tongue tastes like whatever ashes would taste like, and I am very hungry." He said while looking around the room, like he was looking for someone. "Where is Damon?" He asked and turned to the doctor. From the corner of my eyes I saw Mr. Edward tense up, a look of surprise flashed through his eyes at Alex's question. I didn't think he liked Damon, I saw the way he was looking at him earlier. When we left him behind with Damon, I was actually scared for Damon. But also knowing how stubborn they both could be, I was scared they would have a fight.

"I don't know who that is but I will ask the nurse to send water in for you. I will leave you with your family now," he said and walked away, sending Simon a warm smile before he walked out of the room.

The moment the doctor left, Simon's mum ran to him. "Are you okay, baby? Where does it hurt? Let me kiss it better," she said, leaning down and kissing his forehead.

"Mum, kisses wouldn't make me feel better." Simon groaned and looked at me, sending a weak smile. "Hey."

"Hey, bud." I returned the smile and waved. Suddenly, a phone started ringing.

"I will go take this outside." Mr Edward said and left the room, but not before ruffling Simon's hair.

When his dad left, Simon turned to his mother. "Where is Damon, mum?" He asked the question again and tried to sit up. Sylvia helped him to put a pillow behind his back, to make it more comfortable.

"Damon is outside, I will go call him." Sylvia stood up and went out. And immediately, a young nurse with really big boobs walked in.

Forgive me for pointing that out, they were just the biggest I have ever seen up-close.

"Excuse me, I brought water for the patient." She dropped it on the bedside table beside Simon and walked out, shooting Simon a smile. I wonder if that was like a thing they do in hospitals, shoot a smile before walking out. Maybe it was their way of telling the patient to have hope and they weren't going to die, or there way of making you feel comfortable, few minutes before they killed you.

Mr Edward walked back in. "The doctor said we are free to take you home now. I will just go sign some papers and we will be out," he told Simon.

"Uh... Dad? Did you see Damon out there? Sylvia went to look for me, but she hasn't returned."

"Oh, yes, he left." I had a feeling Mr Edward had something to do with why Damon left, since he was the last one with Damon. He must have said something that angered him or just told him to leave.

"He left?" Just then my phone beeped. I brought it from my pocket and began going through the message.

Mr Edward nodded. "Yeah, said he had some important things to take care of."

"Uhm okay, maybe he will drop by at the house later," Simon said hopefully. If only Simon knew what his Dad had done, but judging by how stubborn Damon can be, I don't think he is letting go of Simon any time soon.

He is awake

I sent a text to Damon who has been sending me messages, asking about Simon.

Third person

"Mike!" A voice called from outside the house. Mike was busy driving his fist into the vagina of a hired prostitute, while she yelled out vulgar words. Mike paused when he heard his name, looking up to the door.

"Why not?" He muttered, looking from the door back to the lady before him, he smirked and spat on her, pulling his hands out. But she shook her head, pushing it back in.

"No no no, don't answer that door now." The prostitute begged, holding on to Mike's hand in her vagina, she began to rock herself as she was determined to reach her climax.

"Sorry pudding, go wait for me in the room. This will be fast, okay?" He said and pulled his hand out immediately, making her gasp out loud. His hands were coated with creamy fluids. She sat up quickly and leaned forward to give it a little lick.

"Okay. I will be waiting." She got up and walked away, naked. He watched her for awhile, laughing. Then he got up and began walking to the door.

"Mike!" The voice got louder and so did the pounding, making the door shook terribly in their hinges. It was an old door, anymore hit and it might just kick the bucket.

"Shut up, I am coming." Mike grabbed a dirty rag on his way to the door, wiped his hand and tossed it away. He got to the door and opened it. He frowned when he saw the face. "What are you doing here Shaggy?"

Shaggy eyed Mike for a second, taking in his whole appearance before speaking, "Boss called today—"

Mike shook his head, stopping Shaggy before he could even begin. "No, I am not killing anyone again, I didn't spend five years in jail to make the same mistake. You wouldn't know, try picking the soap with three giants around you."

Shaggy winced. "How is your hole?"

"Not good! Now go tell Boss I am not interested. If he wants the job done, let him go do it himself. I want no blood on my hands."

Shaggy rolled his eyes. "We are not killing anyone. Calm your tits down, he wants us to find someone, a kid."

Mike frowned, that was the last thing he was expecting, finding a kid. He wondered what the Boss would need a kid for. "I don't deal with kids, tell him to find someone else for the job."

"Oh, shut up. When did you become a saint? We are just to rough the kid up and give him a warning. I have to go, I will come see you this night, and go wash up, you smell like pussy." Shaggy said after taking a sniff, then he turned and walked away.

Mike resisted the urge to kick Shaggy as he walked away, he walked back inside his house, slamming the door shot. "Jacinta! Come let's finish what we've started."
