Keith yawned, walking out of his room and down the hall. He still didn't sleep the correct amount, but his sleep scheduled was improving. He walked over to the main room and looked at everyone.

"Keith!" Pidge yelled, causing everyone to look at him. His purple ears folded back and Lance slapped a hand over her mouth until she calmed down. "We found a planet that like has a beach! I mean, the water is pink, and the sand is white...but it's the beach!"

"Fascinating. Have fun." Keith said, checking to making sure his ears weren't bleeding.

"Hoe you coming with us!" Pidge gave Keith a glare.

"Language." Shiro yelled at them.

"No thanks." The half Galra said, heading towards the kitchen for a drink.

"Why not?" Lance asked, glancing at him. "Wait guys, Keith is a cat! He must be afraid of water!" He exclaimed, as if figuring out life.

"I am not afraid of water!" Keith glared at him.

"Keith," The green paladin pulled out a water bottle and poured some water on the floor.

"Pideg stop! You're scaring him!" Hunk said, snatching the water bottle away from them.

"I am not afraid of water!" Keith glared at all of them, his ears going back.

"Then why don'r you want to go?" Allura piped up, staring at him.

"You do realize I'm Galra right? the whole universe hates me. If they see you with me, they won't trust you." Keith exhaled through his nose, and grabbed his arm, squeezing a bit.

"Is that all?" Lance asked and yawned. Keith blinked in surprise. "Keith, the Princess of Altea trusts you. Besides, no one's option should matter but your friends."

"Friend's?" Keith stared at them, star colored eyes wide.

"Well yeah." Hunk chuckled. "Did you not want to be friends?" The Cinnamon Roll's face fell.

"Wow, Keith look's really happy." Pidge piped up.

"How can you tell?" Everyone except Shiro, Keith and Pidge asked.

"Look at his eyes." Pidge stated. Keith's purple face was as serious as ever, but his yellow eyes were basically screaming happiness. It was kinda adorable.

"F-Fine, I'll go to the dumb beach." Keith looked away, his bat/cat like ears straight up. "But I don't have any swimming shorts."

"Oh you can borrow one of my pairs." Lance offered. "I'm probably closest to your size."

"I find that odd." Allura said. "Galra are usually much, much bigger than you. Males especially."

"I'm half human." Keith said.

"Still, you should still be bigger." Coran said. 

"Maybe you don't sleep, and eat enough." Shiro offered.

"Whatever, dad." Keith smirked a bit and everyone started laughing.

When the castle landed everyone went to change. Everyone met at the door. Allura was wearing a one piece that faded white to dark pink. It fit her like a glove. Pidge's swim suit was lime green two piece. The top had a alien wearing sunglasses, and the bottom had a little bit of a skirt with sunglasses on the side. Coran wore a male one piece with orange and white stripes. Shiro had plain black swim shorts with a dark purple stripes on the sides. Hunk's were yellow with a white elastic part. Lance had blue shorts with white hems, and a bedazzled pocket. The swimsuit Keith borrowed were shorts white with a Purple butterfly pattern.

"Lance, did you force him to wear that?" Shiro asked with a raised brow.

"He thinks...he think's the butterfly's are Mothman." Lance choked. "He looked so happy, I couldn't tell him the truth." The all nodded in understanding and dropped the subject.

"To the Beach!" Pidge declared, jumping hyperly.

"Pidge...is a girl?" Lance furrowed his brows.

"I am today." She grinned and ran out with Allura and a Alien inner tube.

"Need help?" Keith asked Hunk, who was trying to carry everything.

"Thanks." Hunk beamed and handed Keith a few things.

Once finding a spot Keith and Shiro set stuff up. "I'm going to go in the water." Keith said and pulled out a hair tie. He tied up in mullet out of the way, careful of his ears.

Lance gulped and took in Keith's appearance. Keith's short but muscular purple body was beautiful, flawless other than a few darker scars that littered his body. Feeling eyes on him, Keith turned and looked at Lance, question in his beautiful golden eyes. "Um...sunscreen!"

"I don't burn." Keith said and waved before walking to the water.

"Someone has a crush~" Hunk sang as he put on the sunscreen.

"Do not!" Lance said and ran towards the water.

After about an hour of playing in the water Keith started walking out. A kid alien smacked into his legs.

"Shorry-Ah! A Glara!" The kid started to cower. Keith didn't know what to do.

"Whoa kid!" Keith looked at Lance, his to be savior. "He's not a Galra, watch this. Keith bend down a bit." Keith raised a brow but leaned down a bit. Lance smirked. "He's a pet!"

"I am not a pet!" Keith growled, before feeling Lance start to pet his ears. He felt a purr rise up and tried to push it back. He failed. The kid giggled and started petting his other ear. 

After a bit the kid ran back to his mom, leaving the two alone.

"Thanks." Keith smiled lightly and started to walk towards Shiro, Hunk, and Pidge who were taking a break. Keith saw Hunk hold out a spoon of food and Pidge happily took a bite. "How can you do that, isn't it embarrassing?"

"Of course not." Pidge chuckled before smirking. "It a bonding thing, to be a closer team."

Keith's eyes started to sparkle. He wanted to try. He grabbed a spoon, and dished some food on a plate. "Lance." Lance looked at him. Keith lifted a spoon up for him.

"Not really hungry, sorry." Lance said with a grin.

"Oh, okay." Kieth tried to act like it didn't bother him, but it did. His ears fell back and Keith started eating slowly.

Everyone sent Lance a look, making him cave, "A-Actually I am hungry a little!" Lance declared and Keith perked up. Even though he wasn't hungry, he let Keith feed him until Keith was happy.

"Hehehehehehe. Allura." Pidge grinned evilly.

"Yes?" Allura gave her a side glance.

"Klance is happening." She snickered out.

"That it is." Allura also grinned.

A/N: So I know Keith wouldn't act like this, but I though it would be a cute character trait if he really wanted to bond with everyone. Also I had to draw all the swimsuits to describe them, they came from my own mind I didn't find any online. Also, is it obvious that I love Pidge?
