I slowly opened my eyes. First, everything was blurry. My vision started to become more clear, and I realized I was still in my room, laying on my bed. I had changed my position when I slept because now I was on my back. Serena was next to me, facing me and her hand was on my chest. She was still asleep. One look at her, and I remembered what happened yesterday evening.

'A dream again?' I thought to myself. I sat up, realizing how sweaty I am. I got up from the bed silently, making sure not to wake up Serena. I took a shower then put on some day clothes. I went to my room, only to see no one there. I walked downstairs to see Serena and Red sitting on opposite sides of the table. I sat in the seat next to Serena, which had a plate of food.

"Morning," Red said as he took his last bite of his breakfast.

"Good morning," I replied, starting to eat my meal. 

"I'll be leaving early. I promised Blue that I'll go to school with her. See ya bro!" Red said as he put his plate and glass in the sink. 

"See ya," I replied. After he left, Serena and I talked about what we could do today after school while we ate. Once we were done, we realized how there was a lot of time so we decided to walk to school though it's a little chilly outside. We got our stuff, putting our jackets on along with our bags, then left the house. We held hands as Serena leaned her head on my shoulder. 

"Everyone knows about us huh?" I said with a small smile.

"Yeah! And you've been smiling a lot more than when we first met," she responded with a smile to.

"I guess," I told her with a light chuckle. The school day was pretty much the normal; boring. Gym was fun though, mostly since I like sports. Other than that, it was a really slow, long, boring day. During lunch we sat with Serena's friends, well I guess 'our' friends, and talked random stuff. Nothing interesting really happened. 

Serena and I decided to go for a walk in the park after school. We arrived there in ten minutes, and I must say it was very peaceful. The park was beautiful in it's snowy white blanket. Clear icicles hung off tree branches, while the sidewalk was just a pure white road. The lamppost lights were on, giving the snow covered ground a reflective shimmer. You could tell the snow was fresh, as it wasn't packed down but instead very loose. If you picked it up and tried to make a snowball, it would just fall apart into little snow dust. We walked down the sidewalk, leaving our footprints in the snow. The snow was everywhere, and even a few younger children were playing in it.   

As it got later, we went home for the rest  of the evening. I went to my house while Serena went to her's, saying she had to help her mom or something. I stepped inside my house, only to find it in complete silence. Red was probably somewhere else, and if I had to guess, he was most likely with Blue. They've become really close to each other since they met. I shrugged and walked up to room, sitting in my chair. I went on my laptop and watched some YouTube and Netflix. After about half an hour, my phone rang. The caller ID was Serena.

"Hey!" I exclaimed cheerfully.

"Ash?!" the person on the other line said. Wait that wasn't Serena, it was her mom. Why is her mom calling me on her phone.

"Yea that's me.... is something wrong?" I asked.

"ASH! SOMEONE TOOK SERENA!!"

"Wait what do you mean?"

"There these weirdly dressed men with a red 'R' on their shirts, they took her! They broke into the house, knocked me out, then took Serena. I woke up only to find Serena's phone laying on the ground. I called the cops and they're trying to find her!"

"I'LL CALL YOU BACK LATER! I'LL GO FIND HER!" I hung up quickly and ran downstairs, grabbed my Pokeballs and bolted outside. I needed a way to find her. They gotta have a truck or something. There aren't any Team Rocket bases close by. Frustrated, I let Greninja and we instantly synchronized and started to run.

"I'l find you Serena, and kill that Giovanni"

All done! After next chapter, I'll be writing the rest of this story off script. What I mean is, this whole time, I've been just retyping what the original author wrote, but soon the rest of the story will be from my own thoughts. I will be honest, I'm a little nervous about it. I hope you guys like my ideas of the ending of the story. Thank you, and see ya in the next chapter!
