As usual she was up late. He was found in the living room , reading the  newspaper when she came out after freshing up . Taking her seat beside him , she kept her palm on his hand which held the papers.

A - ab kaisa hai tu ? Why did you get up so early even today ? You should have rested .

On hearing her words he just smiled shaking his head.

S - I woke up at 8.45 am which for you is so early , but not for me .

A - you love taunting me , don't you ?

He just chuckled and fixed his gaze on the prints again . That's when she noticed his ready for work kind of  attire.

A - don't tell me you're leaving for work today.

S - sorry, but I am .

Annika looked angry for sure .

A - when you have taken an oath to never listen to me , what'll I do ! You call me as an alien, but you know what injured people on earth do ? They sleep,take rest , but in your case , you stay awake like a zombie , run in a marathon and what not ! Now who is acting as an alien here ?

As soon as she finished her train of words , shivaay watched her in utter thrill like always.

S - marathon,seriously ?

A - don't try to divert me shivaay . Moreover , if you had just listened to me once this wouldn't have happened.

S - enough annika , this listen listen is eating up my head now.

He declared on being annoyed while she narrowed her eyes at him .

A - ohh really ! Shivaay try to ignore your attitude once , you can't be the deciding one everytime. Don't do this .

Just then Adi and Charu came out from the room with their bags.

Ad - I know , it's just been two days and I shouldn't do this but I have to leave now annika . I'll visit you soon again , I promise .

The poor soul Adi recited after hearing her last few words alone , imagining his own kind of meaning to her statement.

S - see annika this ain't even such a big problem for you to stand here and give lectures . I do what I want to , simple !

Charu let a loud chuckle after realizing what a big nose cut Adi just went through while he on the other side, cringed at his own stupidity . The other couple leastly bothered of anyone in the room rather themselves.

A - that's what I'm saying , you act really silly at times . Means , you could have avoided the fight at the very first place but no , you wanted to be a hero . Ok leave that too , atleast for now you can listen to what I'm saying but your ego won't allow you . Am I right?

C - guys !

They payed no heed to her voice noticing which Adi laughed , making his revenge .

S - sorry annika , I'm not in the mood to fight  . You can't control me all the time .

That's it . Annika felt really triggered this time , but she controlled herself.

A - you know what shivaay ? Just because I don't shout and I don't react much , your taking more advantage . Matlab , jab deko control control !! Aisa kya kiya meine .

She expressed her hurt self , because it was not the first time he's blaming her . Shivaay watched her silently.

A- fine , I'll leave then . Atleast you won't have anyone to control you right !

S - what are you saying annika ?

A - this is not any kind of threat or revenge shivaay . I think we should take a break from all these arguments , moreover I have got my friend's wedding to attend , and I should report at the hospital in a few days so it'll be perfect if I leave now .

She moved away leaving a shocked shivaay behind . Watching Adi holding a bag already , she nodded at once .

A -  well done!

Adi and charu were equally shocked when she snatched his bag and walked out . A horrified shivaay followed her back .

S - why did you pack her things !

Ad - what hell! That is my bag .

Shivaay widened his eyes and shook his head in disbelief.

S - your friend has really become mad , annika !

He ran behind her .

S- jaa rahi ho ?

Stretching the word to a song , he let out heavy breaths.

A- hmm . It's Eli's wedding this week and I have got work too . I can't stay here .
You must be so happy , don't worry I won't be here to control you . You can...

She kept adding on while opening the car door and throwing her bag inside.

S- I love you annika .

Thud .

She had leaned on the door and froze at that instant for the door just shut to slam hard on her hand which rested by the edge .

S- annika , pagal hai tu!!

Immediately he clutch opened the door and pulled her hand which looked so red with stripes of bruises .

S- dhyaan kahan hai tumhari?!!

He then touched and rubbed and blew over her hand for she just remained the same , frozen like a statue .

Now who on earth will tell this man that the wound and pain hardly mattered for her now ?!!

Her lips made a slight arc on one side to start a tiny inch of smile.

A- kya ...kya kaha tumne ?

S - sach mei pagal hai tu !

A - no no before that .

S - wha

His voice halted right there after when he realized everything . She was watching him without making a blink , while he silently blew over her hand and kept the eye contact on .

A- what have you got in your mouth shivaay , speak up !

She insisted much , showing every hint of excitement in her eyes for he rolled his tongue on his inner cheek to present his kind of charm . Annika was all flattered by that look . He then slowly neared her to stand just merely any inches away , his hands slowly made their way to trace the fabric covering her waist . She gasped a bit on feeling his sensuous touch and leaned behind to hit the car .

S - my mouth is all fine .

A - tho...tho say , what you were saying?

Her words stammered as the alluring gaze of the man infront made her shiver .
He smirked after hearing this and pretended to think for a while.

S - sss bool gaya .

Annika's lively eyes shrinked and glistened up immediately , bringing him worry.

S - hey anni , koi iskeliye rotha hai kya ? Annika , acha teek hai . Muje deko na , annika ,

As much as he tried to lift her chin , she kept pushing him away .

A - go get yourself admitted in some hospital, amnesiac patient ho na tum !

He chuckled while she jolted away muttering these words . When she jumped to be out of control, he pushed himslef  infront and  pressed his chest against her's such that she gets arrested between the car and him . Having no other go , she sighed in defeat and looked away without sparing him a sight . Shivaay enjoyed witnessing the scene.

Her eyes bloomed softly when his lips touched the skin over her cheek . A smooth tender kiss it was and she already froze . Nervousness kept magnifying in her for she automatically held his shirt within her fist to grab some support. Shivaay who noticed all this, traced his palm on her neck to soon push his thumb against her chin so that she looks up straight into his eyes .

S - I want to share this exclusive emotion with you alone .

At first she looked confused, but slowly she did realize that these were actually her own words which she had used during the discussion of love once . He was certainly feeling her each and every heartbeat which pounded against his chest , slow and steady , presenting the much delicate her .

S - I know annika , mein tum jaise nahi hoon . My type of feelings didn't happen within seconds, but my emotions are as much as strong as yours . Maybe , more than that too because tum ho tho I feel ok , I ... I feel life , aadat hogayi na tumhare pyaar ki .

He chuckled at the end while all the time she didn't clap her eyelids .

S - ye jagda ye sab ...it's our kind of love , don't take it seriously ,bool jao . Ham aisehi hai aur aisehi rahenge. Kabi tum galat kabi mein , it's ok ! You know I even thanked your friend Adi for kidnapping charu at the right time .

A - really?

He smiled watching her cute reaction and hooked his tiny finger with her's. She was surprised.

S - pinky promise . I don't want to even think of what would have happened otherwise , because tumhari alawa kuch sochna ...I don't think it's possible . I love you so much annika !

By then he had already pulled her in a tight hug such that her legs floated a little above the ground as she clung on to him . His eyes screamed love and happiness which she clearly witnessed . Well , she was on another world now . Her joy knew no bound . Her Prince loves her...!!! From the moment he had entered into her life till this second , only she knew how much she had yearned for this . The ever so talkative annika looked tongue tied now . Reason- he .

Springs of tears started to flow down from her eyes . On feeling some wetness on his shoulder, he brought her infront and looked confused by her state .

Wiping her tears away he watched her quizically.

S - kya huwa ?

A - vo...turn off the alarm please , am I going to wake up from this dream ?

Asking it , she was about to pinch herself when he stopped her and shook his head in negation. Within seconds his hands reached up,  he cupped her chin and planted soft kisses all over her face from cheek to nose and forehead to jawline . While all the time she kept her eyes closed and tightened her hold on him. Tucking her hair behind her ear , he neared close to whisper something in her ears .

S - this is not any dream annika , my heart demands only you .

Annika could no longer handle herself and she once again jumped forward . Reflexly , he collected her in his arms and twirled her in air for a few moments.

S - are you still going to leave ?

He asked after landing her back on the ground .

Ad - with my bag ?

Annika and shivaay looked back to find Adi and Charu approaching them .

A - your's ? Gusse mei patha nahi kya kardiya !

She herself laughed at her silly act .

C - Adi , someone was ready to leave right ?

She spoke gazing at annika who shook her head at once and caught shivaay's hand tightly.

Ad - hmm , thank God shivaay. You had your ways to stop this girl.

A - chup! If not even , I wouldn't have gone. I would have just crossed this street and returned back already. Aur nahi tho kya , shivaay ko issi haal mei chodke mein kaise...

Everyone smiled at her cute claim and shivaay didn't make a delay before pressing a quick kiss on her hand just below the knuckles when she spoke.

  Soon she realized that Adi and charu were planning to leave.

A- ek second , why are you guys leaving? Without even telling me !

Ad - I did , but you and your husband had kept your ears burried then .

S - aise suddenly kyun ?

C - kaam pe jaana haina .

A - arey , you didn't even have any food . Let me prep

Ad - code red , no thanks !

He interrupted to taunt her while she glared and ran to give him one nice smack on his head .

A - get lost !

Ad - ahh !! ...teek hai par , you enjoyed these two days right ?

A - hmm full of  torturous adventures,  you fulfilled the bestie role , don't worry .

Adi pretended to be angry and she immediately forwarded to share a  hug .

A - will miss you.

Ad - jooti !!! Prince ke saath sirf romance ab . Haina ? ahh !!

Immediately he winced and rubbed his arm where she had just pinched .

C - bye shivaay .

S - see you!

He hugged her.

C - I'm  so happy for you both !

S - sach mei yaar , when you spoke about your sister for the first time , I never knew that she'll become so important to me .

C - aisehi hai vo .

They both stood , waving hands while the car left from there.

  Oreo  came running all the way when they entered the home , she picked him up .

A - oreo my boy!! I'm so happy today . Tum jo chaoge vo milega !

She jumped happily and took him inside for shivaay stood behind ,admiring  the scene .

Love to feel the joy of heart and demand  to live the life with love 💘
