The mortal was sent to fight in
the glorious battle of life.
Hearing it, agony and misery
were sharpening their knife.

The battle comsumed each
passing yeard of time.
Like an icy wind, agony and
misery choked the air out of my
lungs,
Gripping my heart with their
freezing claw.
Pain amplified, brutal and
jarring.
Black mist swirls at the corner of
my eye.
Drawing me into sweet oblivion.
It was then I knew I needed
him.
He was not the knight of my battle.
He was the ancient ground,
the long chilled sigh of trees
unkown.
Whispering to me, "A liitle more
and then I will come for you
my ámore."
I waited for him,
So he can take my hand
And I would finally leave the
living.

Dear Duat,

I know you are akways there
Always watching the lively
demise. I know you cause no
pain, beyond what life provides.
I know you are just unlike
the human race. They
may see you as a monster
lurking in the shadows but I
know you are the only air in this
menacing darkness. They may
claim you to be numb to
heartaches and filled with no
remorse. Nevertheless, you will
come to them.

I love feeling you , even for a
second, holding my breath.
Darkness descending my eyes
and getting engulfed by you
is my new high.

So come for me, and together ,
we will escape this great
sunshine and tame my feral
mind.

Your lover,
Ankh.

And then he came as quietly
as he can.
There he was bare and
unhidden.
A wisp of silvery smoke.
Eyes that of burning coal.
With cold caress, he embraced
me like a lover.

I stood there benumbed of greed
and hatred.
Our glances battled each other.
Until his stark red bloodied lips
touched mine.
A kiss with a promise of
realness,
Of primal desires within us.
A kiss of death.

"He was the only truth in this
world of lies."
