Suzaku stopped at exactly 5.10 meters so Touma grinned at both Keisuke and Akinori, a sign that they had gotten to the destination.

Keisuke looked at Akinori knowingly. He nodded before he took out the MTD, aimed it at his sister side-wards, with the hole facing her, and pressed the app on the phone.

At first, nothing happened as wind was sucked into the MTD.

But then she suddenly gripped her head, crying out in pain as a light purple aura was forced out of her and made her go limp.

However, they were on a flying bird, and Natsume had been on the edge, facing the boys.

Not a good place to faint.

"NEECHAN!" Keisuke shouted as he watched his sister plummet through the air to the ground.

"I got her!" Touma stopped Keisuke. "You and Akinori deal with the magic!"

"... All right then, be careful Touma," Keisuke warned.

"Got it," Touma nodded before he jumped, turning into Goemon, and zoomed after Natsume.

"Come on, Akinori," Keisuke then took out another Ark. "Summoning! Come on out, my friend, Orochi!"

Once he was summoned, Keisuke commanded, "Orochi, your opponent's that mist over there! Please!"

Orochi nodded in response before he turned around and began attacking the mist, with Akinori's help.

Time seemed to slow down for Touma as Natsume fell through the sky, his hand outstretched to her.

Natsume, you saved me from myself before. Now it's time for me to save you! Touma thought as he sped up, closing the distance between them within a few minutes.

Memories of their times together, be it at school, during the Tanteisha hours, or even during free time, flashed through him. His determination went higher than he ever thought it could, and he reached out for her hand.

Natsume, please, wake up!

He remembered how broken Keisuke had been after Natsume's words. How tired Akinori had become because of searching for the cure. How Touma had to suffer her words everyday.

But he remembered how they had persevered because they knew that deep inside, their Natsume was there.
Suddenly, a light erupted from his heart and extended to Natsume.

Touma then felt a hand take his, and he looked down.

Natsume was smiling her smile as she looked at him, the hostility now gone and replaced with kindness, "Touma."

His eyes widened in shock.

Then they watered as he stabilised both of them before he hugged her, his tears of relief falling down every second.
