long story short: ciel and Sebastian went in to kick butt and take names and the psycho pedo treats them to one of the most disgusting things ive ever had to sit through. i was actually reeling i had thought the children had been turned into dolls but nope theyve just been broken so hard their eyes were dull. he made them preform in a '''''circus''''''. the first act, a kid steps out onto the tightrope. immediately she falls off and freaking dies. the other kids drag her off stage. the '''""'lion tamer'''' is immediately eaten.

and then it gets 10x worse when said pedo shows ciel an exact replica of the place the cultists sacrificed him on an altar. he wants to do it again.

ciel understandably has a freaking ptsd attack and after a nasty fight he just snaps and orders sebastian to kill the guys. he does.

the poor kids so much of a wreck that sebastian has to snap him out of his flashbacks

he then orders sebastian to BURN THE MANSION TO THE GROUND, INNOCENT CHILDREN AND ALL.

sebastian is like "???master what the crap"

"DID I STUTTER, SEBASTIAN?"

so sebastian JUST RAZES THE PLACE. ALL THE KIDNAPPED CHILDREN, DEAD.

despite this, ciel still hurts my heart dearly

AND THEN CIEL LEARNS THAT EVERYTHING THE CIRCUS PEOOLE FOUGHT FOR WAS ENTIRELY USELESS AND THEIR DEATHS WERE POINTLESS

ciel laughs one (1) time in this series and its other the futility of life itself
