NO ONE P.O.V

"Run Mira, Run."

She run in all four, her paws hitting the ground, the paddle splash as she step on it. The rain spilled down, hard. Her white fur now turned chocolate, muddy and dirty. Her chest heave up and down, her paw hurts but she keep running.

Run Mira, Run

She whisper those words in her head. Chanting it. Giving courage to herself. The forest was huge and dark, the rain pouring was a blessing and a curse. They can't smell her but she can't hear them. The white wolf didn't stop to even take a breath.

She have to run, run until she meet whatever her father said she would meet. She's already at the south end of her kingdom. She would cross the border anytime and when that happens it will be her end.

Please, anything. Please.

She whisper in her heart. The ray of hope disappearing, nobody's helping. Just when she was about to stop, she stumble on her step and fell to the ground helplessly. Exhausted, the white wolf held back a whimper as she tried to catch as much air as she can.

Her vision blurry. Just when everything was about to go dark, her ears twitch, catching the sound of a footstep. Is she imagining things now. No. She saw it, through her blurry vision, a figure walking towards her and bend to her side. "Princess..."

Thank moon, Somebody's here.

He stood by his old truck at the cliff, his eyes closed. A cigar in his hand, a puff of smoke left his, his hair flow down his forehead, covering his eyes. Cold breeze hit his skin as he took the cig from his lips.

"Mikael."

The male open his eyes, empty. If one could define an emptiness, it would be his eyes. He don't even glance to the owner of the voice as he place the cig on his lips once again and push his hair to the back.

"The princess is searching for you."

The figure said, Mikael didn't react at first before a chuckle left his lips "So? Let her be." He shrugged, before letting out a last puff of smoke and throw the cig away. He walk towards his truck, leaving.

"Are you avoiding your duty?" The figure ask, making him halt his step. He snort, "What duty?" He glance at the person, cold. "I'm not obligated to any duty as long as I please." He walk to his truck and get into it. Taking his sunglasses, he wear it and look out the window.

"And I have no duty, for the princess."
