Natsu's POV

"You should just stop fighting the pain boy, tell us where the girl is and die. It's not that hard" Acnologia spat at me. "I'll never tell you where Lucy is, you're a monster" "she's a monster, and your just her snack" I shook my head.

"You think you know everything but you're just an idiot. Lucy would rather starve her self than feed off me. I force her so she's healthy." He smirked. "Either way, one day she wouldn't lost all control and killed you. " I gulped thinking about has she's bitten me before with out any control. "Who cares if I die, I die helping a friend."

He stabbed me in the leg then called forth his little slay driver to feed off me. That's what they've been doing, hurting me then sucking my blood. But they're not as nice Lucy they don't heal me. "Well I'm sure your little girlfriend will die in her own since she refuses to eat" The bastard snickered shutting the door.

Lucy's POV

"Gray?" I saw my raven haired friend standing where Natsu's scent faded. He turned around and smiled. "Hey Lucy, what are you doing here?" He seemed almost nervous. I sniffed the air. "I think we both know why I'm here Gray, where is he?" I crossed my arms and glared at my old friend.

"I don't know where they took him Lucy. But if I was you I'd leave, they want you too" Natsu's scent suddenly grew much stronger. "They're making him bleed! I can't smell his blood strongly!" I yelled.

"Is that you Lucy?" 

I heard a chirper voice say from behind me. "Z-Zeref?" He waved and smiled. "What are you doing here?" His smile suddenly dropped and he looked really scared, sending shivers down my spine. "We both care here for the same reason, to get Natsu right?"

I nodded slightly. "Well then let's go get him" we walked up and grabbed my wrist. "You're... You're the the.." Gray started stuttering. "Don't waist your time young man. I know who I am" Zeref said coldly before mumbling words under is breath.

"This is why I didn't want him getting involved in this kind of drama. I just wanted to fulfill my parents dying wish, but no all these damn low life vampires had to come and ruin everything." My eyes widened at him saying vampires.

"W-wait! You know about vampires?!?"

He just sighed. "Yes I've known you were a vampire all along Lucy, I like you and you make my brother very happy. I just wish you wouldn't have allowed him to find out you were a vampire. I tried so hard to keep him from this." I thought for a moment but couldn't figure it out.

"Zeref just who are you?" He only smiled.

"I like that you tried to stay as human as possible Lucy, because almost all vampires can tell just by my scent" "huh your scent? I mean yes you and Natsu do have very strong scent but what does that have to do with anything?" He stopped running and looked at the door and front of him.

"You save Natsu Lucy, he's weak. And by all means" he looked me dead in the eyes. "If he needs it you turn him, this should've been his fate from the beginning. I have a certain vampire who needs to know his place." With that he took off with inhuman speeds.

'Turn Natsu..'

I slowly opened the door to see two people all over Natsu sucking in his blood. "Get off him! You'll kill him!" I screamed. I rushed over and punch oh girl in the face while kick the dude in the face. "Natsu!" I saw him slowly open his eyes. He smiled and coughed up some blood.

"Hey Luce"

I shook my head and started trying to break the chains. Once I did he collapsed on me. I wrapped his arm around my shoulder and started dragging him out. "Luce come on stop...they're looking for you..to" he said with a shortage of breath. I could hear his hear beat it was faint.

"Just leave me Lucy, save your self" I kept walking. "No, shut up I'm not leaving you here. Zeref told me to keep you alive be all means." He shakily looked over at me. "Z-Zeref? Why is...he here?" "I'm not sure really what going on, but Zeref already knows about vampires" Natsu looked confused. Trust me I feel the same way. "He knows I'm a vampire too.."

We walked outside and I saw Gray standing there with his arms crossed. "You're not going to do this are you Gray?" He sighed and grabbed Natsu's other arm. "Let's get him back to the shop" I nodded. With Gray here we made it there with in a few minutes.  We brought him up to my room and laid him down.

"Heal him Lucy"

I looked up at gray with sad eyes. "These wounded are too severe for me to heal.. He's lost to much blood Gray.." I whipped my eyes. 'If he needs it you turn him' Zerefs words ran threw my head. I looked down at Natsu and could tell he was suffering. "Natsu" I shook my head "I don't wanna" Gray knelt down beside and rubbed his head on my back. "What is it Lucy?"  I looked up at him.

"His brother told me to turn him.. If that's the only way I could save him."

"Wait that's dude was his brother?" I nodded. "No wonder why Natsu smelt, well you changing him isn't going to be as horrible as it was for us. Nor would it be a bad as him dying"

"ahh!!!" Natsu yelled out in pain.

"You have to do this Lucy" Gray leaned down and kissed my cheek. "I know you don't want to but you have to save his life." With that he walked out leaving me to make a decision. I looked at Natsu and tears slid down my cheeks.

'I don't want you to die Natsu.. But I don't want you to have to stay a vampire. But Zeref said..'

I mentally fought with my self in my head till another agonizing groan came from Natsu. "I'm sorry! Natsu please forgive me!" I cried out.

I sank my fangs into wrist and sucked the blood into my mouth. I leaned over Natsu and kissed him in the lips slowly allowing the blood to flow into his mouth. This may have been a weird way but it's easier to get the blood in his system then trying to drip the blood front wrist directly. As I continued to kiss him I think he realized what I was doing.

His eyes opened widely and I good hear him gulp. I pulled away and wiped the blood off my lips, tears falling onto my chest. "I'm so sorry.. Natsu I'm sorry" I continued to sob and wipe my eyes. "Luce why did, what ahh!" He grabbed his chest and closed his eyes tightly. I grabbed onto his hand holding it tightly.

"This is going to be painful." I whispered.

I noticed his breathing become heavy and his heart rate increased dramatically before its stopped and he fell limp. In seconds all his wounds started healing and his heart rate steadily came back. "Hmm" I heard him hum. "Natsu are you awake?" He groaned and sat up lookin around.

"Luce?"

I leaped into his arms and hugged him tightly, silently crying into his chest. "I'm so sorry Natsu, I-i"

I was cut off by his hand grabbing my chin and tilting my head up, he smashed his lips into mine. The way he kissed me in the moment was like no other. There was so much passion and almost in a longing way as if he'd never kiss me again. After everything's that's happened I couldn't help but kiss him back as I cried.

Pulling away he leaned his head against mine. I closed my eyes as more tears fell. He ran his thumb across my cheeks slowly wiping my tears. "Hey stop cryin, I'm not mad at you. If anything I'm happy. Despite how much you hated the idea of turning someone you still did it and saved me. Thank you Lucy"

I pulled back and looked at him, newly born vampire. His eyes glowed fiery red, his fangs were quite different from mine, and he had a strange  aura. But his scent was still the same.

"Hey Luce, Why do I looked different from you?" I shrugged. "Lucy you've been a vampire longer than me and you can't tell?" Gray asked me as he walked in.

"I never knew why his smell was off till you said Zeref was his brother.
He, Natsu Dragneel is the Pure Blood Prince.  Why he was human all this time I'll have to talk to Zeref about."

I looked at Natsu. "You're a pure blood.. But wait I've been feeding off him this whole time does that mean.."

"Yes Lucy, as you know pure bloods have the ability to age until a certain point before they stop, the only way a regular vampire can too grow is to be bitten and feed from the pure blood. Then they too will be allowed to age, have a family and live almost happily." Gray interrupted.

"Oh then it doesn't matter, Natsu's never bit me." I looked to Natsu and he looked like he was in pain trying to think about what's going on. "Natsu please don't hurt your self.. I'm sure Zeref will explain everything to you." He pouted at my comment and I couldn't help but giggle.

"Hey Luce one thing I know is, you won't be alone anymore!" He smiled brightly. What an idiot.

So Natsu wasn't suppose to become a vampire till later in the story, but I'm running short on ideas for this story, so it'll probably only be about 12 / 13 chapters sorry!
