Nightmare and Error were in the forest of Snowdin after visiting Grillby's. Nightmare carried Error using his tentacles and spotted a nice cream stand. He reached into his pocket and used his tentacles to grab two nice creams. He then dropped the G on the counter and handed one of the nice creams to Error.

"ThAnKs." Error said. She ate the nice cream and Nightmare took a bite out of it. He soon gripped his head and groaned."Brain freeze!" Error snickered and finished her nice cream. Nightmare soon removed his hand and slightly glared at Error."Not funny."

Error snickered again."It KiNdA wAs." She said."I was suffering!" Nightmare half-yelled. He only made Error laugh."YoU hAd A bRaIn FrEeZe." Nightmare wasn't going to let her get away with laughing at his 'misery'. He grabbed her with his tentacles and pulled her close while gripping her hands in firm, yet gentle grip. He decided to test a little something and see if his small theory is true. He poked her lower ribs and she flinched while trying to get her hands free. Nightmare saw her little blush and a smile creeping on her face. He knew right there and then he was right.

Error teleported out of his grip and glared a little."DoN't Do ThAt." She said, a little embarrassed. Nightmare sighed."Aw. You were so cute, though." Nightmare smirked at her and Error's blush grew. Nightmare chuckled and grabbed Error with his tentacles to pull her closer. He brought her to Waterfall and they sat in the echo flowers.

Nightmare was distracted by the beauty and didn't notice Error making a little something for him. He felt something light he placed on his head and heard Error laughing a bit."It'S bEtTeR tHaN tHe BoW." She said, smiling. Nightmare looked down at his reflection in the water of a stream and saw that Error made a flower crown out of echo flowers. Gotta admit, it did look good on him. Nightmare turned to Error and gave her a look that said 'really?'. She smiled wider and Nightmare splashed her."Ha! Got you!" He said, feeling victorious. Error splashed him back and the two started a splash-fight, unaware of the three figures watching them in awe and very slight disbelief.

In The Shadows

The Star Sanses were shocked."Woah." Blue said."Indeed. My brother shouldn't be able to feel any positive feelings, and yet he's smiling and having fun with his new girlfriend." Dream said as he smiled. Ink shook his head."No. They've gotta be here for some other reason." Ink argued. Blue was about to speak, but they heard something odd. It sounded like glitching.

Their attention was returned to the two and realized what the sound was Error purring.

Nightmare was hugging her with his tentacles and used his hands to pet her head and rub her back. Error's putting got louder when his fingers arched near her shoulder blades and Nightmare switched to scratching them while keeping her close. She would be completely hidden if it wasn't for her blue scarf and blue hood. After a while, Error fell asleep and Nightmare picked her up as he stood. He opened a portal and walked through with a tired Error in his arms.
