"I said leave her right now!!! Don't you dare touch her" Manik was screaming.

But the man who was holding Nandini by her neck with a knife laughed evilly.

"Warna Kya kar lega Manik??"

"Trust me I'll dig your grave right here you ba*tard,,Leave her I said" Saying this he tried to move ahead.

"Don't !! Don't move !!! Otherwise I'll kill her"

"Mani please help me" Nandini's helpless cries were breaking him into zillionth pieces.

"Kuch nei hoga bachha,your Mani is here,Stay calm baby,don't move" Tears were flowing from his eyes making his vision blur but He can't let his vision blur,there his life was standing in danger !! No! His visions can't get blurry. He cleaned the tears mercilessly.

"Listen you!!! Leave her & tell me what do you want ?? I'll give you everything just let her go" Manik prayed.

"I want Nandini,,Dey sakta hai Mujhe woh?? Nahi na??"

"You'll regret,,I won't leave you,,You'll beg for death but I won't let you get that" Manik roared.

He's in pain !!

He's in immense pain !!

His breathes were stuck in his throat !!

He can't let anything happen to his LIFE !!

"I love Manik,,Tum mujhe kabhi nei paasakoge!! Mein sift Aur sirf Manik Ki hoon" Nandini said gritting her teeth.

"Chup chup chup akdam chup!!! Don't say,don't say like this!! You're mine!! Koi nei chin sakta tumhe!!" That boy was gripping the knife so tightly on her neck that it started to bleed.

"Aahh..Maniiikk" Nandini's cries were ever so helpless.

Manik didn't say anything as he saw that the boy hurriedly put the knife down to check if she's ok "Oh!! Sorry sorry jaan!! I don't want to hurt you but Kya karu!!? You're forcing me to do things I don't want to,,Stay calm honey"

His endearments for her were making Nandini feel disgusted on herself and Manik dugged his nails in his palm with such a force that it started bleeding but he kept calm.

"Don't call me that!! Only my Manik has the right to call me like that,," this time Nandini roared.

"Why don't you understand I love you damn it more than Manik does" That man said in irritation.

"Tthaaawwwkkk"

Nandini felt herself free from the hold,,She turned to see that boy was lying on the road holding his head which was bleeding and there Manik was standing with a iron rod in his hand.

The rod fell when Nandini jumped in his arms crying uncontrollably.

"Maa.man..Maniii,wo..woh..Woh mu..mujhee maa..mar deita" she was stammering badly holding Manik.

"Sshh..shhh!!! I got you!! Shh.. Nothing can harm you.. I got you bachha" Manik too was crying silently shutting his eyes close.

They both were in eachothers death grip!! Holding themselves in onto their dear life.

But with a sudden loud sound Nandini's grip on him loosened.

"Baby,what happen??" Manik asked without loosening his hold on hers.

Her head fall back,hands too fell on the either side of Manik,,her eyes were blood red.She took a sharp breathe.That's when he felt something wet on his hands & Realisation hit him.

"Nandiniiiiii" Manik screamed.

When the boy laughed crazily saying "Agar woh meri nei toh kisi Aur Ki bhi nei" saying this the boy fell on the ground Dead.

He shot Nandini!!!

He shot Nandini !!!

Blood!!! She was lying in the pool of blood !!

Manik was lifeless.,,He was dead inside,Nandini's blood murdered him.He couldn't speak.Lost his words.

He sat on the ground taking Nandini on his lap.When Nandini slowly opened her eyes,looked at Manik with painful smile and with a great difficulty she caressed his face and whispered "I love you Mani Hamesha" & closed her eyes.

Manik screamed "Nandiniiiiiiii"

Something disturbed Nandini's sleep,,she slowly opened her sleepy eyes with a frown to see what's wrong with Manik as his grip on her waist was getting stronger which caused her pain but she didn't flinched as she noticed Manik's face was red,he was sweating,he has a frown on his face,his hold on her was becoming more n more tight but when it almost choked her to breathe;She lightly shakes Manik,cleaning the sweat beads from his head with her tiny palms,whispering

"Mani,utho baby"

But Manik didn't move,his moves were restless.

"Manii,what's wrong?? Wake up baby"

But Manik sat up with a jerk screaming "Nandiniiiiii"

"I'm here only Mani,,What's wrong baby" Nandini got afraid with Manik's behaviour.

Manik looked at Nandini horrified.Within seconds Nandini was in his arms in a bone crushing hug. Nandini could clearly hear Manik taking long and sharp breathes.She gently rubbed his back to sooth him.

Again with a jerk he breaks the hug and started checking her everywhere whether she's hurt or not!! Nandini was confused but chose to keep quite.

"Am absolutely fine see!! Safe and sound in your arm,holding you to never let go, I love You Mani" Nandini's words can do wonders.

Manik again hugged her saying "You can't leave me alone,,I'll die Nandini,I love you so much"

She felt her shoulders getting wet.She broke the hug and rubbed the tears off & said lovingly "It was just a bad dream love,look at me". She understood that it was a nightmare.Words are not needed for them to describe eachothers situation.

Manik looked in her eyes which has only love for him.He didn't say a word but captured her lips in his.The kiss wasn't anymore soft one,He was trying to make himself believe that it was just a dream not reality.He bites her lower lip to which she hissed and taking the chance he entered in and explored every sweetness of hers.She let him do whatever he wants & tried to match his passion but clearly she failed.She understood that something is seriously wrong.

They had to broke apart as the door knocked.

"I'll check" Nandini said but Manik stopped her saying "Main dekhta hoon"

He opened the door to see Anna was standing there with a box of chocolate,love shaped cushion & a flower bouquet.Manik boiled in anger but he stayed calm.

"Who's there Manik ??" Nandini asked from inside.

"Nothing baby,You go & get freshen up,I'll be back.Some urgent call I need to attend it honey" Manik said loud enough to hear for Nandini. Nandini mouthed an "ok".

Manik closed the door & came outside and took the things from Anna before he could ask anything Anna said "Sir,We don't know who's this?? I asked watchmen too about this but they said no one entered with all these inside"

Manik nodded & she left.

He noticed that few things were written on the flower,chocolate & on the cushion too.He looked closely on the flower "I know you smell more beautiful than these mere flowers,Can't wait to inhale your fragrance"

Manik crushed the flowers.His jaw tightened.

He then took the card from the cushion "Keep your head on this,I'll feel that you're sleeping;keeping your head on my chest"

His blood was boiling,He throws the vase from the nearby table shattering it into pieces.

Lastly he took the chocolate box which has written on it "I wish I could be lucky enough like these chocolates who can touch your lips,,Never mind,,Through these chocolates I'll feel your lips"

Manik throws the chocolates,his eyes are red..He was breathing like a huffing bull.His body was shaking with immense anger.

"I won't let a single piece of your body recognisable you bloody mo*#er f*#k#r.. You're so dead" Manik cursed that person to his death.

"Manik Kaha Ho tum??" Nandini's voice somehow managed him to stay calm.

Manik entered with a fake smile on his face which didn't take second to turn into a real one seeing his soul standing with a pout;holding a comb in her one hand.

"Why this pout honey?" Manik came close to her taking her in a back hug.

"Make a pony for me please,,yeh hairs Mujhe disturb kartein hain!!" Aww she's such a dibba of cuteness.

But Manik frowned with a pout making Nandini giggle.

Her giggles- His Peace !!

"Aise cute faces maat banao,,Yeh Mujhe sachhi mein bohot tang kartein hain..Barbar face pe aajate hai" Nandini tried to give reason.

"No ponies..Aur mein hoon na to place them where they belongs,behind your ears,giving a perfect view of your starry ear rings" His words gave her goosebumps.

He was about to kiss her when his phone rings and so unlike him,He just pecked Nandini and went to pick up the call "Yes Thom !! What's the news??"

Thom over the phone-

"Sir,Security chief engaged his best officers as the security in the Mansion. Aur about that boy his name is Rohan Mehra.. Studies in the same college with Nandini though Nandini doesn't know him,He's under some treatment..He isn't that much harmful we hope but at the same time we shouldn't take any risk.We are trying to find him.You don't worry sir"

Manik listened carefully "Thom do whatever you guys want but I want that boy infront of me woh bhi zinda,, I'll make him beg for his death.Girgirayega woh par maut nehi ane dunga usse main. Usne apni zindegi Ka saabse bada gunah kiya hai !!! Usne meri Nandini Ki taraf aankhein utha ke dekhne himmat ki hai Thom!!! I'll finish him "His voice was spitting fire.

"Sure sir!!" Saying this they disconnected the call.

Manik turned back to get the shock of life,He didn't want Nandini to know all these.She's still a kid who isn't aware of the cruel world!! She will be afraid .. & He doesn't want that ever.

Nandini was shivering,shivering in fear.She has never seen Manik in this way ever.Thousands of questions were running in her mind-

About whom Manik was talking!!!

Who dared too look at me!!!

Manik will kill someone ??!

That too so mercilessly !!?

Am I gonna die !!

Manik runs towards her and cupped her face "Koi Sawal nei bachha,,Sirf trust ,,just trust me!!" Simple words but the meaning of these simple words hold,can only be understood by two lovers.

She nods her head "Mujhe daar lag rai hai Mani,I want live with you,I want to love you more,I want you to make me yours,I want to get married to you,I want to see the world with you,Have babies,And I want you to see me getting older..I want to die with you,in your arms with a last kiss of death"

Her words aren't helping him to be sane.

"I promise you everything bachha.. Your every wish is my command & you know tumhara Manik kabhi apna promise nei tortah,You've to trust me this time too baby." Manik said kissing her head.
