Heroes

"Biology"

The first generation heroes(Thresher, Stormer, Von Ness, Fortis, Bulk, and Stringer) were made with both technological and biological components, even their cores weren't completely fueled by pure Quaza alone as it has organic tissue because Quaza doesn't drain if a "natural" material is coating it.

Despite being partially made of organic material, they don't need oxygen because they don't have lungs and can't breathe, other organs are mixed between the biological and mechanical parts(they don't have s-x organs as it is impossible for them to transfer Quaza from the core to a buildup in the "stomach" and it wouldn't be wise to make a weak point on a unit that is frequently out in battle).

They can eat because they have an implemented digestive system that got reworked and revised for the modern hero units, it was mostly the top part of the digestive system, mouth through the stomach and pancreas back when they were made with organic parts and instead of the bottom half, the gases left behind go through the vent slits in their shoulders, they have no "leavings" due to how acidic the insides are after the nutrients are absorbed.

It was made to cut down the amount of Quaza used as it is unknown whether it is abundant or can be replenished within a short span of time and allows the Factory to pool its money and resources into other projects and pay for damages caused by heroes(it's one of the reasons why they're trying to get Furno to quit committing arson as it eats up 15% of the Factory's budget).

Heroes can't cry as they simply don't have lacrimal glands to do so, instead their "eyelids" have "window wipers" attached to them to clean their optics and only activates when they get dirty.

The standard hero unit is 4 meters tall and weighs 5 metric tons.

Heroes cannot truly die unless their core is destroyed, and yes, there were cases of heroes casually chilling out while missing entire limbs, optics hanging out of their sockets, and having holes blasted through them with the "guts" hanging out and they didn't even notice until they got called to the med bay to have it repaired(body horror... yay...).

"Other"

Heroes are put into teams based on performance with each team having subclasses, Recon Team is the only exception to the rule.

Sleep is very much optional due to them being robots and some heroes, most notably Stormer, stays up all hours because an emergency can happen at any time.

The Hero Factory

Classifies villains based on how dangerous they are and the consistencies in their crime they commit(and if they can even be properly contained).

Ranges from "Class Omega" to "Class E"

If a villain becomes too much of a threat, commits enough felonies(like mass murder or genocide), has no way around to minimize damage they cause, and the Hero Factory can't even deal with them, they get put on "The List" which is basically an "exterminate on sight in any way possible" list, so instead of dealing with the Hero Factory, they'll need to deal with powerful military forces that will hunt them down to exhaustion, locate their weak spot(s), and kill them for public safety.

"The list" was made in the first place due to the villain Warpath after it leveled a few cities and killed over 100,000 civilians, including children.

Other

Galactic Alliance

Made between the Hero Factory and other galactic defense organizations, the Villain Storage  Unit is split between them to prevent overcrowding.

Construction on my AU only as it is not attached to the main universe due to exactly how much information is different or contradicts the canon.

Over half of this is pulled from the older "Hero Factory Headcanons and other stuff" chapter "Random stuff P3, Heroes addition" with this basically being the version made during the release of the first big project.

It has other stuff too, like why I was not really that active extremely late September and early October of 2022(f-ck you Ian) and plans that I had and have if people are curious or want to revisit.
