Spider Bug kept swinging around Paris, waving towards the citizens. But he was on a mission. He had no way home yet, but he figured he could do one more good thing.

Take down Shadow Moth.

He told Cat Noir and Rena Furtive to watch over Marinette, since she was The Guardian. But also keep their weapons on them in case Spidey needed some help.

Spider Bug eventually landed on the Eiffel Tower, getting a great view of the city before his head began to ring. He smirked and turned. "Right on cue."

That's when there was a giant ROAR and a red spider crawled across the Eiffel Tower. It was ginormous, and Spider Bug recalled Marinette telling him about something like this.

"Alright, Sentimonster." Spider Bug grinned before he fired a web at the giant spider and pulled on it.

The Sentimonster gasped before being dragged over and then punched in the face, flying off the Eiffel Tower, but landing on its feet.

Spider Bug frontflipped off the tower and fired a web, swinging onto the back of the Sentimonster. He then smirked and cracked his fists. "Shadow Moth made a pet for me! I shall call you Spidey Junior!"

The Sentimonster roared, trying to bash or throw Spider Bug off its back by moving around. Spider Bug nearly fell off the monster before firing two web cables around the monster's neck like the reins of a horse. He then pulled on the web reins, trying to take control of the beast.

"Down, Spidey Junior! Down!" Spider Bug commanded before he finally had control of the beast.

The Sentimonster bowed before Spider Bug chuckled. "Alright, lead me to your boss."

"It won't have too." A voice suddenly cackled.

Spider Bug's eyes went wide before he turned and someone else landed on the giant spider. It was some kind of Akumatized person, with long black hair and in an orange and white costume...she looked like Rena Furtive, but with different colors.

The villain cracked her fists, grinning wide. "He's expecting you."

Spider Bug activated his tracker secretly before he raised his fists. "Oh, you must be Rena's sidekick! Fox Girl!"

"And you've already annoyed me." The villain said, rolling her eyes before taking out her flute...where a blade came out of it.

Spider Bug blinked. "...can my yo-yo do something like that?"

The villain laughed before charging, slashing across Spider Bug's chest. But the web-slinger just backflipped and dodged, firing a storm of webs at her right before he landed.

"And by the way," The villain said as she dodged or slashed the webs. "call me Volpina."

"Volpina?" Spider Bug asked before he noticed the necklace around her neck that looked like Rena Furtive's Miraculous. He smirked and fired a web towards that, but it was slashed.

Volpina then zoomed over, kicking Spider Bug in the face. She then spun around and punched the hero in the gut before finally headbutting him off the Sentimonster.

Spider Bug fell before firing a web and immiedately swinging through the air again until he was high up. He then fired another web onto the back of the Sentimonster and swung back down, kicking Volpina down and causing her to drop her flute.

Volpina growled before flipping back to her feet, spinning around and trying to sidekick Spider Bug, who swung his arm and countered the kick.

Spider Bug smirked before webbing Volpina's mouth shut and then punching her in the face. He then hopped high into the air and webbed her to the Sentimonster.

Volpina growled before smirking when Spider Bug landed. "Wow. For a newbie, you actually fight pretty well."

"I've fought worse than you, Foxy." Spider Bug said. "Where's Shadow Moth?"

Volpina giggled before suddenly freeing her wrist...which had a silver device on it. Spider Bug didn't know how he didn't see it before. But then? The silver wrist watch of some kind fired an all too familiar...and terrifying...

Red substance.

"CARNAGE?!" Spider Bug exclaimed.

Volpina laughed as she transformed into Carnage, tendrils sprouting from her back. "Yyyyup! But with a little magic from Shadow Moth and YOU weakening the poor thing...I'm able to control it~"

"I wouldn't be so confident." Spider Bug said as he charged, punching Carnage across the face.

Carnage roared, but slashed Spider Bug in the chest and then began choking him with a tendril. Carnage cackled before the Sentimonster they were standing on turned into a normal white feather.

Spider Bug tried to use Lucky Charm, but his wrist was grabbed by one of Carnage's tendrils.

"Not so fast." Carnage giggled before she hopped into the air and then started leaping from rooftop to rooftop.

After a lot of leaping, Carnage crashed through a window and into a dark room. She then threw Spider Bug onto the ground, but he landed on his feet, rubbing his throat.

"Ah, Spider Man." A voice said...before Shadow Moth walked out, carrying his cane with a grin.

Spider Bug smirked and stood. "Shadow Moth! Nice to finally meet ya!"

Shadow Moth chuckled as the two began walking in a circle, in a stand off of sorts as they looked at each other. "The pleasure is all mine, Peter Parker. And I must admit, I'm impressed. Able to use a Miraculous like you've been a capable owner during your very first try."

Spider Bug shrugged. "I aim to impress. Want an autograph?"

Shadow Moth rolled his eyes before he grinned and then charged, swinging his cane into Spider Bug's face. He then spun around and uppercutted the hero into the air.

Carnage grinned before firing a storm of tendrils towards Spider Bug.

Spider Bug quickly took out his yo-yo and started spinning it around. The weapon seemed to spin so fast that it was basically like a rotating saw blade. He started cutting through all the tendrils until he landed on his feet. He grinned. "That all ya got?"

Shadow Moth smirked. "Far from it..."

He then tapped the floor with the bottom of his cane, and suddenly? A bunch of blasters and guns sprouted from the walls, all of them aiming at Spider Bug.

Spider Bug chuckled nervously. "That's...that's one helluva security system you got there."

Shadow Moth smirked before he waved his cane around, and all the guns and even lasers began to fire from the blasters.

Spider Bug quickly started to flip around or dodge, and even using his yo-yo to deflect the bullets. He then saw tiny missiles coming from the blasters. He fired a web at one of them, disabling it and pulling it over. He then began using it and his yo-yo to smash or block the other incoming weapons.

He then hopped high into the air and threw his missile-mace at one of the blasters, blowing it up. Then, as he fell, he kept spinning around, dodging or deflecting the incoming blasts and bullets.

Eventually, the deflected weapons came back to them and all of the blasters were blown to smithereens and Spider Bug landed, huffing and puffing.

Carnage hummed. "Impressive."

Shadow Moth then pulled out a sword from his cane and chuckled. "I'll put that on his grave."

Spider Bug chuckled. "Bring it on."
