1) Oviera is the ruler. If you speak out, try to harm or take him down, be aware you will be hunted down.
2) Curfew is 2300. If you are out past it, you will be considered a criminal or a Hero and taken immediately.
3)  If you are seen using powers of any sort, you will be taken and Oviera will decide wether or not you will live or die.
4) Obey all laws. Don't speak without being spoken to, Don't rebel. If you rebel you will be known as a Hero and immediately disposed of.

~Rules of RP~

1. This is a world full of ideas. None will be ignored or disbanded. Create some drama and not everyone should be a Hero.
2. Any bullying against the RPer will not be tolerated and if I hear that you did, I will PERSONALLY  asked you to leave.
3. LGBTQ+ characters are encouraged! They are beautiful creatures and I think they add to the story.
4. No Smut! Character relationships are encouraged but, anything deeper than the usual make out should be taken into the PMs.
5. Don't make a God character. Those types of characters won't be accepted. Each Hero has a weakness even the strongest do.
6. Any rules broken or ignored by the RPer will get, first, a stern warning then, a personal boot out.
