(Y/n)'s P.O.V.
I walk down the hallway keeping my head low as to not draw attention to myself. All around me I can sense the tense atmosphere of all the students.

I walk to my locker and open it, inside a bowling ball falls out of my locker and just misses my feet. OH MY GOD WHO DID THIS!

Someone put a bowling ball in my locker... I'm not exactly surprised though. I'm bullied everyday so it's not like this is a new thing, I just didn't think anyone would go this far.

I pick up the bowling ball and placing in the bin, I'm sure whoever put it there wouldn't be to happy about that but I'm don't care. I grab my things from my locker and head to class.

As I'm walking my things are slapped from my hands and I look up to see my three main bullies smirking.

"Crawling around in the dirt (Y/n)?" (B/1) says annoyingly

Just where she belongs." (B/2) laughs

I try to pick up my books but (B/3) kicks them away from me and in the process kicks my hand. The bell for class goes and they kick and punch me a little bit more. I groan in pain and they walk away laughing. I finally pick up my books and head to class.

When I open the door the teacher looks at me very angry.

"How dare you are late! And in such a state!" She yells

I just sigh and take my swear, it's not like the teachers would care if I told them what happened. They wouldn't believe me anyway. I hear snickering and whispers about me and try to ignore them. My side is killing me and I can't bend my ankle properly.

*Time skip to after class* 

(Y/n)'s P.O.V.
I hold my books close to my chest so they don't get thrown in the ground. I walk carefully as to not hurt my ribs and hip more than they already are. As I turn around the corner I see my bullies hovering over something or someone.

I take a step towards them and peaking through I see a girl, maybe a year or two younger than me with shirt blond hair and a cute ribbon. Her green eyes are filled with tears and she has a bruise in her cheek.

"You look like a boy!" (B/1) laughs

"Yeah, you look so dumb." (B/3) says kicking her leg

Her tears pour out more and I know I need to do something.

"Hey why don't you three leave her alone?!" I yell at the,

They turn around and look at me shocked, then they smirk.

"Aww has little (Y/n) come to save the day?" (B/1) laughs

They step towards me and grab my hair. Before I can control myself I punch two of them in the face and they step back shocked. The third gasps and runs away, quickly followed by the other two who want to check if their noses are broken.

I run over to the girl who I scrying her eyes out and grab a tissue from my bag.

"Do you want to go to the nurses office?" I ask crouching down beside her

She shakes her head softly and I dry her tears with the tissue. As I help her stand up I hear a gun cock and point a my head. I turn quickly and the younger girl grips me tighter. It's my crush, Vash from Switzerland.

"What did you do to my sister?" He asks angrily

"Big bruder it's ok." The girl at my side states "She saved me from the bullies."

(German:Bruder-Brother)

"Is that true?" He asks me

I nod while blushing and he lowers his gun, his eyes softening. I suddenly hunch over as a burst of pain shoots through my side.

"Are you ok?" He asks concerned

I shake my head and fall to the floor.

"I'm taking you to my home." Vash states and picks me up carefully

"N-No it's ok." I try to argue but I can barely keep my eyes open

"Come on Lilli." He says as she grabs onto his jacket and follows after us

I go lightheaded and the world around me turns black. My hip is still pulsing with pain and my body feels numb. I wonder what's going to happen?

Switzerland's P.O.V.
I don't know why but I feel like I need to protect this girl. She protected my sister, it's the least I can do for her. Lilli and I make it home and I quickly take the girl up to my room.

"Do you know who this is?" I ask Lilli

She nods, smiling softly.

"Her name is (Y/n), she's really nice but she's bullied a lot." She says sadly, grabbing an ice package placing an ice pack on her cheek

I check out her cheek and make sure it's just browsed and there are no broken bones.

"Hey big bruder, Do you like (Y/n)?" Lilli asks

My mouth opens in shock and my cheeks turn red.

"N-No I don't." I say quietly

"You're all red big bruder." She giggles

That's when we hear groans and look over to (Y/n). She opens her (e/c) eyes and looks around confused.

"W-Where am I?" She asks

"It's ok, you're safe." Lilli says handing her a glass of water

(Y/n) accepts it and then her eyes widen.

"I remember, I saved you from those bullies, I had a gun pointed at me and then I passed out." (Y/n) says

"Sorry about pointing a gun at you." I mutter "How do you feel?"

"Better, and it's ok, you were just protecting your sister." She replies smiling softly

I place an ice pack on her hip and ribs and she groans in pain.

(Y/n)'s P.O.V.
I groan at the pain but my hip begins to feel almost painless. I look into Vash's green eyes and we stare at each other for a few seconds before Lilli clears her throat.

"Big bruder and I will take care of you until you are better.' She says and then walks out f the room

"Your sister is adorable." I say to Vash and he nods

"I know." He replies, his face remaining neutral

I didn't think I would be able to talk to him so freely like this, it's strange but fun. After a while of talking I begin to feel very tired. I softly close my eyes and feel myself sinking into a deep sleep.

"I'll always protect you." A voice whispers and I feel someone press their lips to my head

*Time skip to a week later*

(Y/n)'s P.O.V.
Through the past week Vash and I have become extremely close. He and I are always together and he protects me from the bullies. Of course he protects his sister as well but he taught her how to handle a gun.

We are walking down the hallway together when someone sticks their foot out and trips me. Vash sticks his arm out and catches me before I hit the floor. When I look up my three bullies are standing there smirking.

"Oops sorry (Y/n)." (B/1) giggles

"Aww need some looser to protect you?" (B/3) asks

"I'll show you protecting (Y/n)." Vash says and grabs his concealed gun

He cocks it and points it right at their heads. They scream and run off crying while Vash helps me get up and we walk to the main courtyard. Due to it being lesson time there are no other students around.

"Are you ok?" He asks me

"Yes I am, I wasn't hurt thanks to you catching me." I say

He blushes a little and takes a step closer to me.

"I care about you, I don't want you to get hurt." He says looking away

I feel my cheek redden and I smile softly.

"You care about me?" I ask

"Y-Yeah." He confirms and takes a step towards me

Our lips ghost over each other and I  then move to kiss him. For a second I panic but then he kisses me back. Vash places his hands on my waist and I put my hands in his hair. When we pull apart his face is bright red and so adorable.

"Do I'm guessing you like me?" I ask

"No, I love you." He replies me again.
