(Modern one shot)

In a little town ( called 'Berk') lived a little four year old girl named Astrid Belle Hofferson, which hair were blonde and eyes blue crystal.

One day she was at the park playing with her blue,bouncy ball, which she really liked, but unfortunately it bounced away and she couldn't find it. She started to cry, that ball was her mum's birthday present before she died one year ago. Her dad was the only person in her life which she still had.

Suddenly, she felt a soft and warm hand on her shoulder " Why are you crying?" Asked a sweet voice. Astrid looked up to see a little boy maybe her age, looking at her in a cute, concern way. He had auburn hair, which looked really soft, and amazing emerald green eyes. "My ball bounced away and now I can't find it" said Astrid, looking at the boy. "Don't worry I will find it for you" said Hiccup proudly. He began to search for the lost ball and after five minutes  he came back to Astrid with the blue ball in his hands. "You found it!" Exclaimed Astrid with joy "thank you very much" said Astrid " no need to say-" he didn't finish his sentence because Astrid pulled him in a bear hug. "Do you wanna be my friend" Asked Astrid breaking the hug " yeah but you didn't tell me your name. My is Hiccup Henry Haddock." "Mine is Astrid Belle Hofferson" " I like your name" " thanks, let's play" said Astrid taking his hand.

From that day Astrid's and Hiccup's friendship grew bigger everyday, they told each other everything and supported each other in everything they did. Who knows if in the future their friendship could transform in something else...
