I sat down on the bed and faced the wall. Laughter rang through my head. I chuckled under my breath. I didn't want to laugh. I didn't want any of this. But he did. He planned this. He took me. He put me in this damn situation!

"Elise.., i'm sorry. I was just lonely", I heard him say.

I wanted to sob. A tear fell down my cheek.

"No.., i'm sorry. I didn't mean it like that!" I said in a whisper.

"No really. It's my fault. I shouldn't have." He said slowly under his breath.

I turned around, hoping to see him. I found Mr.Rin behind me holding a syringe. My eyes widened, I froze as he quickly stuck the syringe into my neck. I breathed heavily staring into his eyes. He stared into mine.

"Elise i'm sorry."

I couldn't speak, I couldn't look away. I was dead frozen. My eyes slowly shut closed. I felt my side hit the ground.

I saw him. He stood above me. Staring down at me. He dissolved into blood as my body went through the floor. I screamed. I looked to my side and I was falling out of the dark midnight sky. I flipped over. I faced the ground, inching closer and closer to me. I stopped screaming as I started to slow down. I breathed heavily. My head pounded and my stomach felt queasy. My eyes were dry as Death Valley. I whispered to myself "If only I had him with me..."

I looked to my right. A beautiful city laid out in front of me illuminated the pitch black sky. To my left, I couldn't believe my eyes. I found him lying on his back asleep falling slowly beside me. I wanted to cry, but my dry lifeless eyes couldn't create tears. I floated over to him and hugged him hard. He opened his eyes and looked down at me. He wanted to cry to, but his eyes as well were dry as ever. He hugged me back.

"What happened? Where were you? How did I end up in a coma?!?!" I asked demanding answers.

He looked at me and chuckled a little, "Just always trust me okay?"

"Okay, yeah, of course! I trust you." I replied

"I'm a shinigami."
