Overall — She's a dependable, hardworking warrior. Saguaro is not a cat who likes conflict or preconceptions. The thing is, she's awkward, and often comes across the wrong way by accident. Usually she prefers to stay silent and just do her job. It's not even that she's afraid of social interaction; she is just not good at it.

She is, however, productive with her work and she gets stuff done. Hardly anything distracts her when she has a job to do. She's turned herself into a cat that others can look up to and depend on. Saguaro cares for her clan, and they're all she has to live for now that all her family has passed on. She regards Cactusclan as sort of this.. treasure that she needs to protect with her life. Maybe it stems from the loss of those closest to her? She hasn't quite figured that out yet.

[ CLAN LIFE ]

Kithood — Saguarokit's family was quite small, but close-knit. Her father passed before she was born so it was just her, her mother, and her two sisters. Her mother saw her as the strongest of the litter, and in turn gave her a strong name. Saguaro was told to be proud of her name and live up to it.

Paw-ship — Saguaropaw actually enjoyed her paw-ship. That was one of the best periods of her life. She learned so much through her mentor, Coyoteblaze. They were an awesome team together once she learned how to utilize her strengths. She often wishes he were still alive. Then she'd have a close friend to talk to about flaws in her tactics, or just have someone who understands her.

Warriorhood — Her warriorhood started out okay. For a while, not a lot happened. She just carried on serving the clan. Early in her warriorhood, one of her sisters was killed by grey foxes. Saguaro and her mother and other sister took a few days to just be together and grief, but they collectively agreed not to let this weigh them down. They returned back to their warrior duties.

One day, when Saguaro was about 30 moons old, her and her sister were ambushed on their way back to camp by a dingo. Before they received too many wounds, Saguaro's sister ran back to camp for reinforcements while Saguaro tried to lead it away. She only succeeded in leading it around to one of the cactus walls. While she tried to stay out of range, reinforcements arrived. Her sister, mother, and two more warriors. In the end, they were able to drive away the dingo, but not before her sister was killed, her throat slashed by the animal. Saguaro's mother and another warrior were thrown violently into a couple of cacti. A few days later, her mother passed from her infected wounds.

Saguaro struggled for a while, grief and mourning along with trying to figure out what her purpose was now that everyone close to her was dead. What else did she have to live for? Finally, she decided that now the clan was her main focus. Make sure as few cats ended up without family as possible. Do her best to make sure cats didn't die unnecessarily.
