I took a warm shower as my mind kept repeating the statement, "I liked you since the start," a hundred times as I inhaled sharply.

"At first, he pretended that he hated me, things changed a little as he started to act differently when we were alone and now, all of a sudden he got jealous and confessed that he likes me. What does the man want or did he just say it because he wants me to stay away from Jungkook?" I thought to myself while drying my hair with the small towel.

"Why would he just confess all of a sudden?" I whispered looking at the mirror.

I quickly slipped into a camisole and shorts and went downstairs.

Jimin stood in a half-sleeved black t-shirt and pyjamas, his strong biceps along with his collar bones were exposed making me gasp and I cleared my throat.

"Do you want something Ara?" He asked politely.

The minute he takes my name with that deep voice makes me shiver. I licked my lip and our gazes met.

"You said something about you liking me, what was that?" I asked as he lowered his gaze to the floor and I could see a faint smile appearing on his face.

He ran his fingers through his hair and the next minute he said, "Get your coat, we got to go somewhere."

It sounded more like an order.

"It's too late Jimin," I said looking at the clock.

He didn't answer anything but picked up the car keys and asked me to get ready.

I bought my jacket and followed him. He sat down in the car and drove at top speed.

Was he mad at me?

But he looked different from the other days, he didn't look cold as usual. He had tenderness emanating from him at this moment.

"Where are you taking me?" I asked in a low tone.

"Have I ever answered this question?" He asked as a smile was plastered on his face and after a long time, I saw him smiling, he looked happy.

I didn't ask anything much and fixed my gaze outside the window. A few minutes later, he stopped the car outside a building, it looked familiar.

He got out and came towards my side as I was in a daze trying to figure out where I had seen the building before.

"Hey, come on," he said.

The minute I went outside, all the memories started to flashback in my mind. It was Saint Louis High School, the place where we first met, where we studied though not in the same class or together, but I do remember some cute moments that did take place between us.

"Let's go," he whispered and entwined our fingers together starting to lead.

We stopped at the fence, the wall through which we used to jump inside the playground from the back entrance when we were late to school. A few years ago, jumping that fence was a huge task and I was never able to do it unless I didn't take the help of someone.

I chuckled looking at that fence that still looked almost the same.

"Come on," he said as he held my waist helping me climb the wall to jump inside the school playground and then, he followed.

"What are we doing here?" I asked chuckling as he started to then pick up his pace and run as I followed him and we finally, stopped at the back gate, an area filled with green grass, the place where he used to sit alone. He claimed it to be "his special place" when he was a kid.

I kept looking at it for a while and in a low tone, I asked, "Are you sharing this special place of yours with me?"

He grabbed my wrist and made me sit on the grass with him.

"I never told anyone about this place before nor did I come here for long, how did you know about this?" He asked.

"I had seen you here many times," I replied looking at his eyes as they glittered just like the beautiful sky.

We sat in between the soft grass as I looked up to the beautiful sky and then, my eyes met Jimin's.

We kept looking at each other for a while, the night breeze blew softly. Neither said a word and just cherished the silence. Deep inside, indescribable happiness filled my heart.

I never thought he would get me here. My gaze stopped at Jimin who silently looked at the beautiful sky as his hairs danced along with the wind.

As his eyes met mine, I quickly lowered my eyes to not let him find out that I was dazed by his presence with me.

He gently laid down in the grass.

"Hey, the sky looks better like this," he said hinting me to lay down as well. I draped the jacket around me tighter as the wind blew and was about to lay at a distance away from him but as I tried to do so, he quickly pulled my arm making my headrest on his arm and my body close to his.

I gasped and turned my gaze to the beautiful night. I never thought he would get me here, he would share this place with me in fact, the way he behaves right now is the opposite of what he did at the start.

I continued to stare at the sky, enjoying the beauty of it when he broke the silence, "I know I have done things that weren't right but not anymore."

He paused as his gaze fell on me and he pulled me towards him as his thumb caressed my cheek. His eyes were fixed on me as I bit my lip.

"I was just caught up by some misconceptions and couldn't make things right six years ago. I promised someone that I wouldn't leave you alone and I never will," he said as he grabbed my chin to make me face him.

"I know I sound complicated but try to understand me, there's a reason I am like this and I hope you don't hate me after you know all of it," he said making me fall into deeper confusion.

Memories of him calling himself a culprit and forcing me for a wedding, threatening to destroy my life, all of it came at once. But right now, he doesn't seem like the man who I got married to.

"Jimin, tell me what's inside your head, let's clear it out, maybe that would help," I said as he smiled lining my lower lip with his thumb, his eyes staring down at them while he was biting on his own.

I wanted him to kiss me, kiss me hard and share the sorrows that he has, something that has been eating him up for a long.

He pulled me closer leaving no space between us as we continued to gaze at the beautiful sky and within a few seconds, I drifted off to deep slumber.

It felt like I was flying, my eyes flickered as I saw myself in Jimin's arms, he carried me bridal style, taking me to the car from the main entrance itself and made me sit comfortably on the passenger seat.

I was still not fully awake but whispered, "I can walk Jimin."

"You're already in the car, let's go home," he said putting the seatbelt around me as he kissed my forehead gently and sat on his side and drove off.
