Neil's pov..

"Are you seriously going to ask Ryan for this?" My mom asked me as we finished breakfast.I sighed and nodded.

" Today or tomorrow I will have ask him for that so why not today?" I asked my mom though I  was damn nervous. She nodded weakly.

" I won't be surprised if you come back with bruises all over your body." My dad said only to crash my confidence level.

" Dad!!! Please if you can't encourage me don't discourage too. I am damn nervous." I said and he laughed. I sighed again nervously.I was really freaking out.

" Since I know Ryan, he is a hell angry guy and you will never know his tricks." Dad said smirking.

" You think he will beat me up?" I asked scared as i looked at him and he shrugged.

" Dad!!!" I sighed." He won't." I tried to sound firm. But deep down I was nervous as hell.

I don't know how to explain this situation. I asked Karan to accompany me but I really don't want him to come for his help I just like the way he encourage. Though he mocks all the time but it's ok for some time. But if I go alone then I will be freaking out. At least I want him to accompany me the
D'cruse office building.

" What happened?" My grandma asked as she came out of her room.

"Good morning, Babe." I said to her and kissed her cheeks smiling as she kissed my forehead.

" Good morning, Sweetheart. Where are you going at this early in sunday morning?" She asked me confused.

"Going to ask permission from Avni's dad. He is damn hell nervous." My dad said rollimg his eyes as he chuckled. I rolled my eyes.

"Hey you!Mr prakash you were also freaking out when you went to ask shweta's hand for marriage so you better shut it and not discourage my grandson."She said glaring at my dad who became quit.Hah she got control over my dad.

"And Why are you nervous, sweetheart?"Grandma asked me smiling.

"I don't know. I just have a feeling that he won't approve me." I said biting my lips as i fiddled with hands.

"Why won't he approve you? Is there any reason for him not to like you?" She asked me. I thought for a while then shook my head.

"That's like my boy. There is no reason that he will dislike you. Then why will he not approve you?" Grandma asked.

"I think he will." I said smilingly as i feel encouraged now.

"He will. He won't get a guy like you for his daughter. So, don't worry. He will approve you." She said smiling and I nodded

"I think bebe is right." Mom said smilingly.

"I was just teasing you. You got convinced, tillu." Dad said laughing and I sighed.

"You didn't look like you were teasing me."I said to him.

" Alright. You should get going now." Mom said. I kissed her cheeks and hugged my grandma. She patted my back.

"All the best." My dad said. I was about to say thank you but he said, "I hope you won't get bruises at the end of the day." He said and I rolled my eyes sighing.

"I won't, don't worry." I said and at the same time my phone started to ring. I saw it was Karan.

"Where are you?" I asked him as i walked out the the house.

" In front of your house. Come dowm fast."He said and hung up. I came out quickly and found his car is already there. He was waiting for me. I walked towards the car and got in. He started the car.

"Nervous?" He asked me smirking.

"What do you think?" I asked him rolling my eyes.

" Don't roll your eyes too much it will stuck in a uneasy position." He said and I was about to roll my eyes again but I stopped in the way. I sighed nervously.

"You are acting like you are going to fight a war." He said raising his eyebrow as he kept driving.

"Not less than that." I said mumbling.

"Of course, it's not that hard as well." He said.

"You can say that cause you have already passed the test. I am going to appear in the test now. I have to be worried." I said annoyed.

"If only your worries could help you!!" He said shrugging. I sighed.

We reached the D'cruse's office and he parked the car in the parking lot.I
followed him. We entered the lift and people started to recognize me. I sighed and looked at karan he had changed his expression in a second.

Karan was wearing a straight blank face. Not giving a damn what is around him. I tried to forget everything too. Only focused on what I was going to do

"Why are you so tensed, Neil? You are not weak. You are strong and confident. You can do it.For avni you can do it. " I encouraged myself. I can do it.

The lift stopped at 38th floor. We got down.Karan stopped in front of a door.

"This is Avni's cabin, wanna meet her?" He asked but I shook my head.

"I will meet her later." I said and he nodded gesturing me to follow her. He stopped in front of the door and gestured me to the name on the door.

CEO

"Mr Ryan And Mrs Neela D'cruse"

took a deep breath as i tried to forget everything and concentrate on whats happening right now. I gestured him to go. He nodded.

"I am in Avni aka the cold hearted witch's cabin. Meet us when you are done." He said winking.

"I will and Hey dont call my love that. " I said nodding my head. He left me there shrugging his shoulder. I knocked on the door as wiped my clammy hands and tried to appear less nervous.

"Come in." I heard Mr.D'cruse saying. I slowly entered the room. Found Neela aunt was showing a presentation to Ryan uncle.They were discussing something They saw me and got a bit shocked.

"Good morning, Mr. and Mrs.D'cruse." I said stepping ahead and smiling politely.

" Good morning, young man." Mr.D'cruse said and looked at his wife confusedly. She shook her head.

" Have a seat,Neil." Mrs. D'cruse said smilingly.Avni resembles her mom a lot. Just their eyes are not same. She got crystel blue eyes when her mom has bright blue. I took a seat nervously.

" Suddenly what pulled you here young man?" Mr. D'cruse asked me.

"I have something important to tell you." I said nervously.

" About what?" Mrs. D'cruse said smiling. I took a deep breath.

" About Avni and me." I said in a breath.

"What about you two?" She asked me confused.

" Don't tell me you guys are dating and want to get married soon. Cause I am not going to let her get married any soon." Mr. D'cruse said in a stern tone.

"I am afraid that I was going to tell that."I said and sighed as i looked down nervously.

"I don't want to approve you now." He said in ice cold tone.

"Ryan! Don't act like a kid." Mrs. D'cruse said and Mr. D'cruse look at her with a emotional expression.

"Don't give me this face. It won't work on me at all"Mrs. D'cruse said rolling her eyes as Mr D'cruse sighed.Then she turned to me smiling.

"How long are you both dating for?" She asked smilingly.

"Actually, we didn't start to date yet. I
thought to take your permission first. After all she loves you all at first." I said. She smiled.

" Alright. I like you and trust you with my daughter." Mrs. D'cruse said and turned to Mr. D'cruse.

"I don't want to approve you." He said and sighed when he looked at Mrs D'cruse glaring eyes. "But I think for my daughter I will." He added making me shocked.

"You will?" I asked shockingly.

" Yeah, but mark my words if you try to hurt my princess I will forget that you are son of one of my closest friends." He gritted narrowing her eyes.

"Ryan D'cruse you-"I stopped Mrs D'cruse from scolding Mr D'cruse smiling

"Its okay and I promise all my heart I won't hurt her ever." I said as I got the permission to date her. " Thank you for trusting me." I said smilingly as i went out hurriedly even though they were stopping me to have coffee.

I was soo happy at that moment heck i never felt this much happy like i just wanted to shout at world.
