"The Trap"

"I'm not sleepy, let's roam around the mansion", Bela grinned

"Seriously Bela?", Mahir asked making a face

"Dont make such faces now, come", Bela pulled Mahir along

"Why is the store room open?", Bela wondered closing the door but stopped when she noticed something

Bela slowly went inside and was shocked to see the photo infront of her.

"What happened, come", Mahir asked going inside

"He.. he's your..", Bela spoke

"My dad", Mahir said casually looking elsewhere

"Your dad?", Bela asked shocked

"Yeah, but what happened Bela.. is everything alright?", Mahir asked worried of her expressions

Bela took a few steps back and hurriedly went to there room while Mahir went behind her. She opened her cubord and started finding something. She took out a dairy and flipping through the pages she took a photo and showed it to Mahir.

"Bela how do you have dad's photo?", Mahir asked confused

"Ma.. Mahir..", Bela tried speaking

"Ok Bela first calm down, sit here", Mahir made her sit on the bed

"Mahir ji, my dad was Andy uncle's old friend", Bela said

"This was my dad's dairy and I found Andy uncle's photo in one of dad's albums", Bela continued

"Ok, but why are you so tensed? Is everything alright?", Mahir asked worried

"Andy uncle din't cheat on Sumi maa Mahir ji", Bela broke the bomb

"What do you mean he din't cheat? He clearly accepted that Bela.. I remember", Mahir said furiously

"Mahir ji please listen, I'm not telling all this.. it was written in my dad's dairy", Bela said

"What's written in the dairy?", Mahir asked

"My dad wrote that Andy uncle was forced to accept that he cheated on Sumi maa when he actually dint.. dad haven't mentioned any reasons but itseems only my dad knows about it", Bela clarified

"Mahir ji, this isn't any small issue.. the same happened with you also, although different circumstances", Bela pointed out

"Yeah, so it means dad isn't a cheat?", Mahir asked with moist eyes

"As per what dad wrote, uncle never cheated Sumi maa.. rather he loved her a lot.. but considering this as the truth also we don't know any of the reasons.. we need to find it Mahir ji", Bela said

"Until I actually know all the reasons I can't believe he's an innocent.. I have been hating him all my life, and just in a fraction I can see all of it as a lie", Mahir held his head

"Mahir ji, it's ok calm down.. we shall get to know everything soon, first we need to think about Vikrant", Bela said

"Yeah, let's see about dad after all this.. come let's sleep", Mahir said settling next to her

Bela sighed worried of how Mahir is gonna take all of these at a time.. she wonder how everything came together as a burden on there head.

Next Morning Mahir was talking over call when Bela came inside standing next to him. Understanding that she wants to talk something, he cuts the call and looks at her.

"You wanna say something?", Mahir asked

"Yeah, me and yuvi are going out now.. we will come soon", Bela said nervously

"Out where?", Mahir asked confused

"We are just going out", Bela said firmly

"What Bela, can't I know where you both are going?", Mahir asked curiously

"Ofcourse you can know, but after we return", Bela said

"And why is that so?", Mahir asked folding his hands across his chest

"Ugh, Mahir ji, stop interrogating me like a police now", Bela said making a face

"I'm not interrogating Bela, I just asked you", Mahir said

"Mahir ji, don't become a detective husband to this innocent wife please", Bela pouted

"I'm not Bela, I don't mind you going anywhere.. but you know the situation very well, I can't risk you", Mahir said holding her shoulders

Bela opened her mouth to say something but closed unable to utter a word seeing his care and concern.

"Where are you going, what if something happens to you?", Mahir asked concerned in his at most sweet tone

"Why am I here then?", Yuvi said standing near the door

Smiling, he came inside wrapping his arms around Bela's arms.

"I'm there na Bhai, nothing will happen to your wife ok? I'll take care.. and we will come soon don't worry", yuvi assured

"But..", Mahir was interrupted by yuvi

"No buts Bhai, Bela is like a sister to me just like kuhu.. I'll not let anything happen to her, I promise to bring her safe to you ok?", Yuvi said kissing her hair

Bela smiled at the brotherly love she always got from yuvi since the start.

"Fine, both are stubborn.. what do I do?", Mahir rolled his eyes

"That's good, now come Bela", yuvi said moving forward

"Don't worry I'll be here soon, I love you", Bela quickly kissed his cheek and left the place

Mahir smiled seeing her cute gesture, out of everything they shared he loves when she kisses him on his cheeks.. he touched his cheek still blushing like a teenager and soon got back to work.

"Now tell me, where are we even going?", Yuvi asked Bela as soon they sat in the car

"I don't know who's house is that.. but I found the address in Vikrant's phone, so it must be related to him and we might get some clue", Bela said

"You searched his phone, how?", Yuvi asked surprised

"Oh that day when I was checking his room he came back right, I saw his phone lock that time.. so today when he was bathing I slowly sneaked and checked his phone", Bela winked

"Oh my god Bela, you should have informed me atleast right.. please don't do this next time alone", yuvi warned

"Ok fine", Bela said

"But why can we tell this to Bhai? I mean, he would also come with us right?", Yuvi asked

"Um.. that's because last night we got to know something regarding Andy uncle.. and by chance if we see anything related to him here he might get disturbed again", Bela said explaining what happened last night

"God, I just can't believe this.. dad", yuvi choked

"Yuvi please calm down, I can understand how you feel but this isn't the time.. we don't know about it completely, and Vikrant is your cousin means related to your family.. so I was just expecting if we would get some clue", Bela clarified

"Yeah you are right", yuvi accepted

They reached the place after about an hour and they came out noticing that it's a normal house not so big nor not so small as well. Yuvi moved inside followed by Bela.

"The door is open yuvi, possibly someone is inside?", Bela said

"Yeah may be Bela, but we have to look around once.. we might not get the chance again", yuvi stated

"Hm yes, there's no one in the living room.. let's get in", Bela said peeping through the door

Yuvi nodded and both went inside noticing that none was present downstairs.

"Yuvi I'll see in that corner room first, you go to the other", Bela said

"Ok but please be careful, call me immediately if any emergency", yuvi said concerned about her

Bela nodded and left to a room, seeing no one there she quickly opened the cubord door and started seeing if she could find any in there favour.

Suddenly she felt a movement and getting alert she moved to turn back but before that someone closed her mouth from behind scaring the shit out of Bela.

"Tch tch tch Bela.. how easy to catch you", Said Vikrant holding her tight from behind

Bela recognised his voice and widen her eyes scared of what might happen now. She tried to call yuvi or Mahir but Vikrant took her phone and hit it to the wall.

"What do you think huh? I wouldn't know if you sneek into my room and check my phone?", Vikrant asked dangerously
