"Alright, your partners for the project are... Priya and Leon... Lauren and Jordan...B/F/N and Ryan..." The teacher started to list off and I started to doze off until he called my name.

"L/N, you'll be working with Mr. Hall." The teacher went on and on while I groaned. 

Not him. Anybody but him! Everybody knew for the fact that the university's top left winger, Taylor Hall and I didn't exactly get along very well, but I was just going to have to cope with it. 

I saw a figure take the seat next to me and I turned around to face Taylor. 

"Hello, Taylor." I bitterly mumbled, giving him a slight glare while he avoided eye-contact. 

"Alright, the play we will be working on with our partners is... Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet!" The teacher giggled and that made me faint almost instantly except, I didn't. "And Mr. Hall and Ms. L/N, you have the honors of acting as Romeo and Juliet!" 

I immediately started to blank out and when I woke up, I was in the infirmary... 

"Hey, Y/N....How're you feeling?" Lauren weakly smiled while she helped me sit up on that bed-table thing. 

"Please tell me it was all a dream..." I mumbled, lifting my head to see the sympathetic looks on their faces. 

"How shall I put this as nice as I possibly can..." Priya was stumbling for words when B/F/N cut to the chase. 

"You are not in a daydream. This is real life, Y/N. You're starring in a play with Taylor Hall, the star left winger for this university! More specifically, Romeo and Juliet..." 

"You're kidding me, right?" I bit my lip in nervousness and Priya looked at me confusedly. 

"Y/N,  do you have a crush on Taylor?" 

My cheeks flushed red and all the girls were squealing about my now-known crush on Taylor. 

"Looks like you and Taylor are star-crossed lovers, after all!" Lauren and B/F/N sighed happily and I rolled my eyes. 

"Please don't tell Taylor about any of this!" 

"We won't, geez!"

"Arms, take your last embrace. And, lips, O you.

The doors of breath, seal with a righteous kissA dateless bargain to engrossing death." Taylor started to lie down by me and placed a gentle stage kiss on my lips before he grabbed the 'potion' and drank it. "Come, bitter conduct, come, unsavoury guide. Thou desperate pilot, now at once run on the dashing rocks thy seasick, weary bark. Here's to my love!" 

We went on with the play and eventually, we reached the end of it.

"Hey, Y/N, you did a pretty nice job as Juliet out there..." Taylor smiled as he walked up to me and twirled me around. 

"Aww, thank you, Taylor! You really did an awesome job acting as Romeo out on the stage..." I blushed, looking at Taylor's hazel eyes. 

We stared at each other's eyes for a while until I found myself lean in and Taylor pressed his lips onto mine, giving them a tender yet sweet kiss. 

Claps and cheers erupted behind us, causing us to pull away from the kiss and look at our friends. 

"Finally, they both kiss each other!" They all said in a unison and we both rolled our eyes. 

"I guess they're saying we're Romeo and Juliet, except it's not a tragedy for us." Taylor sheepishly smiled and I connected my lips onto his. 

"Well, I love you too, Taylor Hall."
