I've learnt the hard lessons of life.

To never get my hope's up high because they will alway's come crashing down

To never let my dream's soar wild and free because they will be tamed and broken

To never trust anyone unless I want to pick up all the shattered promise's that are left scattered on the ground

To never listen to the jaggerd, harsh word's thrown at me unless I want more scar's on my wrist's

To never let sweet word's woo me because I don't want my heart left in piece's

To never rely on anybody because I'll be left disappointed again

To know there won't be anybody there to rescue me because from the start I've been alone 

To know friend's wont stay by my side when I need them: they'll walk out with the rest

To alway's grit my teeth and hold on because somehow there will be a brighter, happier day
