Shivaay came back and sat beside her and gave her a gift which he purchased for her and kept on the table. She held his hand and looked at family members who said that they want to have something before playing further games. Shivaay went to bring food for themselves and put a plate of aloo Puri on her lap and gestured for her to start eating.

"What about you?", Anika asked

"I will first you have it", Shivaay replied. Anika shooked her head and forwarded one morsel towards his lips. Shivaay looked here and there and ate from her hand, many people are invited here and he don't want anyone to think that he is a child. He told her to eat and went to take another plate for himself. After coming back he sat beside Anika again and made her eat as Anika was not having food. Anika noticed that after one bite Shivaay was lost in some thoughts which confused her, that is why he is tensed.

"You are looking tensed any problem?", Anika asked to which Shivaay shooked his head and started to eat. He knows if he told her then she will regret it and will not have food which is essential for her and the baby. "His baby"

"Don't talk while eating ", Shivaay said and tore one bite for himself but his mind went to the office. How he is going to excuse himself today? He can't go from here casually because Anika will ask many questions and he can't hurt her too. If he went in the middle then who will take care of his clumsy wife?

"Rude ", Anika said and started to eat from his plate leaving hers. He smiled and caressed Anika's hair softly. He wants to kiss her forehead but can't as they are sitting in front of the family. He doesn't know when he will get time for work but he knows he can't leave her in the middle of the function.

"Nobody punished you to stay hungry ", Anika said. Shivaay nodded and was about to take the plate which Anika put aside but Anika held his hand

"Why you are not eating with me?", Anika asked

"To give you needed meal otherwise I know you will trick me saying you ate enough and I have to finish the food. Don't think I don't know you. Finish it fast then you have to take the milk and eat dry fruits too", Shivaay told the main reason for eating on different plates. He knows she will understand as he is eating with her just plates are different, today he is tensed and knows that his wife can trick him easily. Anika whinnied as she don't want to eat dry fruits but Shivaay's giggle made her feel that maybe he was joking. Also, this care always makes her feel so special.

"Huff done", Anika said after finishing her plate but when she looked at Shivaay who was thinking something and was playing with a spoon. Anika caressed his cheek softly and turned his face towards her.

"Tell me what is the problem?", Anika asked

"Nothing I am just thinking about our future", Shivaay said and removed her hand from his cheek and brought it near his lips and kissed her hand and then left her hand. Anika doubted that he is having a problem but shrugged these thoughts off when Rudra came towards them. Anika left his hand and asked Rudra to wait till Shivaay finishes the food

Later only youngsters were left so they decided to play one more game. In this game, everyone has to sit in a circle. This game checks the presence of the mind. As per the rules, everyone excluding Anika sat in a circle. The game is to count ten and one number per person but with a twist. Hereafter one you don't have to say two but do( in Hindi) then three in English and 4 as char in Hindi

Shivaay was on first so rather than saying one he said Ek instead and the next person sitting to him was Om who said: "two" now it was Rudra's turn he said "three" and was out of the game was out. Everyone laughed as he was out in the first place. The next person was Gauri who started with one and the next person was Priyanka who said: "do"(two in Hindi)  after a few seconds break as she took time to take and the game continued.

Later they all decided to dance to which Anika clapped happily as she felt so good to see the family enjoying themselves together. Anika started to open gifts as only family members were there. First, she opened Shivaay's gift as she want to know what he gifted her, Shivaay's eyes were noticing her every minute and when he noticed her opening gifts he stopped at his place and stared at Anika to see her reaction. Anika opened the gift box and found one green gown, necklace and a bravely inside the box which looked perfect with each other. Shivaay came back towards her and asked "how is the gift?",

"It's best. It's my favourite colour. I can wear anything in this colour", Anika said and pulled his cheek. Shivaay smiled as he is happy that she is happy with his choice.

"Want to see you wearing these after delivery. We will go out that day", Shivaay said, he was not knowing what to gift her. He was roaming in the mall when this gown caught his attention and he purchased it with a bracelet and necklace which matched this gown. Om gifted a watch to her and Rudra gifted a photo frame containing their couple's picture and one empty picture which they will attach to their baby's picture. Gauri gave her a glass decor of a couple holding baby which looked so adorable to Anika.

In night

Shivaay excused himself from his family and went to his room to complete his work. He started to work as family members were just talking randomly and he was feeling bored there moreover work tension was eating him up. He was feeling uneasy because he was scared what if he is unable to complete his work at night? After some time he noticed Anika entering the room

"Shivaay take rest. You are working for a long time", Anika said and sat beside him.

"I have work, Anika. Can you prepare a cup of coffee for me?", Shivaay asked. He doesn't want someone else to make coffee for him as he won't find that tasty. Anika prepared coffee for him and placed 2 cups of coffee on the table. Anika loves spending time with Shivaay and their sweet moments while having coffee. Everything feels so good whenever she sits near him and she is carefree because she knows she is safe till she is near Shivaay. After having coffee Anika asked him to sleep which he denied as he can't

"Not now Anika. You can sleep and if you are having any problem then I can work in the study room", Shivaay said while working on their laptop. He don't want to disturb Anika now as she needs rest but Anika thought he is angry so she placed her head on his chest and started to play with the buttons of his shirt

"Why are you getting angry?", Anika asked in a baby voice

"I am not Anika. I don't want to disturb you that's why I said this. It is not anger. I am happy to work here if it doesn't disturb you ", Shivaay said and encircled his arm around her shoulder and pulled her in a side hug. Anika looked at him and caressed his beard with her thumb. Shivaay closed his eyes feeling relaxed and getting peace, this touch look like magic to him because of this he forgets his every problem and tiredness.

"Should I help?", Anika asked

"No. You have to take rest and I don't want any arguments here ", Shivaay said and removed his hand as he can't work with one hand. Anika pouted seeing him removing his hand and turned his laptop position to see what he is doing

"Anika please don't disturb me today", Shivaay said

"And your work is disturbing me", Anika said and started to ruffle his hair and then traced her finger from his forehead to his neck and was about to move further when Shivaay held her hand and glared her

"Don't do this Anika. I am busy and I won't be able to work if you will trouble me like this", Shivaay said as Anika's touch was affecting him badly. When Anika touched his forehead he was lost in her touch and stopped typing but when she moved further he realised that if she didn't stop then he will not be able to complete his work.

"Then I will sleep later", Anika said and moved away from him. Shivaay huffed as Anika's antics sometimes make him fall into a big problem. He finds it hard to behave rudely with her and he feels bad when he has to do something which hurts her. He felt a lack of solace when she went away and he tried typing again but he couldn't concentrate. His heart was beating fast thinking what if she is upset?

"Anika you know what you are doing right?", Shivaay said

"I'm not blackmailing you ", Anika said turning toward him

"Did I say that?", Shivaay asked raising his eyebrows

"You can do this work later. First, tell my daughter's or son's name ", Anika asked and closed his laptop. Shivaay sighed as he guess a 10-20 minute break will not harm him now but Anika's sad mood will. He wants his morning to be good, not bad while remembering how he ignored her due to work. He pulled Anika toward himself and placed her head on his chest. He again felt peace and the solace which he felt flew away when Anika distanced herself from him

"Shivakashi if a girl and Ansh if a boy", Shivaay said with a smile and kissed Anika's forehead. Anika closed her eyes feeling peace and relaxed in his arms. Shivaay tucked her hair stands behind her ear as her hair fell on Anika's face. He caressed Anika's hair softly while looking into her eyes which looked so beautiful to him. He finds her eyes innocent every time he sees her and he wants to engulf her in a bone-crushing hug.

"Baby liked the name", Anika said

"Now sleep ", Shivaay said and put his hand in front of her eyes to close them as he need to make her sleep before working otherwise Anika will keep disturbing him. Even if she stays silent, his silence would also disturb him as he will think about why she is silent.

"Your body also needs rest", Anika said and rubbed her hand on his chest. Shivaay closed his eyes for seconds and then started to caress Anika's hair

"Shhh keep your mouth shut now", Shivaay said and kept massaging her hair till Anika slept in deep slumber.

In the morning when Anika woke up and found another side of the bed empty. Anika knows where he must be but his behaviour somewhere tenses her because due to work he doesn't take rest and she feels irritated with this.

"Don't know if he ate something or not and his problem solved or not. He thinks about himself ", Anika said and dialled Shivaay's number. After 3-4 rings Shivaay picked up and told

"I'm coming within an hour ",

"Did you have your breakfast?", Anika asked

"Will do it with you. Just one hour wait. Till then do your work carefully " Shivaay said and declined the call immediately when he found someone entering his cabin. He had a meeting in the morning so rather than sleeping he thought to visit the office and do other worlds to save his time if he slept he don't know if he will be able to wake up or not.  After meeting and completing work in the office he came back home to see Anika sitting on the bed reading a book. He smiled as he brought these only for her because she feels bored when alone. Nobody lets her work so this is best for her. He cleared his throat and entered the room. Anika was about to get up when she noticed Shivaay but he stopped her and ran toward her

"Don't move", Shivaay said and sat beside her.

"I will bring your breakfast", Anika said. Shivaay shooked his head and went to take breakfast for both of them as he knows Anika must be waiting for him. After finishing breakfast Anika gestured for him to sit on the ground. When Shivaay asked the reason Anika didn't answer and told him to do what she says. Shivaay sat on the ground and after a while, he felt Anika massaging his hair. He looked back to see Anika with a bottle of oil, he understood that she took a bottle from the drawer that's why she asked him to sit.

"Now without any argument, you will sleep", Anika said and applied oil to his hair and massaged them. Shivaay closed his eyes feeling peaceful and relaxed. He felt a burden losing and his eyes closed as his body relaxed. Anika continued for some time and then placed her chin on his shoulder

"Feeling relaxed", Anika asked. Shivaay kissed her cheek and replied with a yes. Anika understood that he is sleeping so she asked him to get up and sleep. Shivaay nodded and slept when he layed on the bed because of tiredness. Anika caressed his hair and placed his head on her lap to caress Shivaay's hair. She loves him and his hair. She feels so lucky to call this man hers and will always try her best to protect him from every problem.
