Shivaay dialled Anika's number as he became restless thinking about him. What if someone said the same to Anika? What if someone manipulated her? Anika didn't pick call up the call intentionally, what she will say to him? She doesn't want to hurt him and make him regret going outside. Ansh is sick for the first time and she knows Shivaay will regret it. That's the reason she talked with him by message but didn't pick up his call on that day and the next day as well. She gave him many excuses that she is busy and stayed with Ansh all the time.

This made Shivaay feel restless and he felt ignored because Anika was not even picking up calls whenever online. He kept on checking so he knows when she was online and he started to think what if this distance created distance between their love too?

In the office, he kept himself busy but at night it became difficult for him to manage. He went towards the kitchen to prepare coffee, he order food from outside but he purchased needful things for himself as he need coffee many times. He entered the kitchen, this kitchen looked strange to him, this kitchen was not giving him the feeling of being at home. He prepared coffee for himself and came back to his room which exactly looked like a hotel room. He took only one family picture with him so he can't hang pictures here.

He picked up his mobile phone to check if there is a missed call from Anika but there is none. He felt bad and placed the phone aside as he don't want to disturb her, it was night and she must be handling Ansh. He sat on the sofa with his laptop to work as sleep is far away from his eyes, he can't even ask Anika to sit with him for some time like before. He closed his eyes remembering sweet moments with her to feel her beside him now.

Flashback

Anika is 9 months pregnant now and she doesn't walk anymore. She takes rest most of the time. Shivaay takes her care of by providing her with whatever she needs and prohibiting her to do any work or lifting any heavy things. Currently, he is working on his laptop on the couch and Anika was watching a movie on T.V, suddenly she got up and walked towards him slowly. Shivaay's whole concentration was on the laptop so he could not see her walking and when he felt someone's presence he noticed her standing near him.

"What are you doing here?", Shivaay asked and placed the laptop aside, Anika kept quiet and sat on his lap and encircled her arms around his neck. Shivaay held her waist to protect her from falling and closed his eyes feeling peace. Anika kissed his cheek and turned his face towards her side.

"Why work every time? At least now leave it and concentrate on wife who can deliver baby anytime", Anika said and rubbed her hand on his cheek softly, Shivaay smiled and first made her lay comfortably on him and started to caress her hair. Every day he wishes to see his baby, he wants to hold his child in his arms now.

"Sure if my wife gifts me something", Shivaay said in a husky voice and rubbed his thumb on her lips. Anika blushed hearing his wish which he don't need to ask for, she kissed him and rested her head on his shoulder. She closed her eyes as she is feeling like she is heaven now. She stayed in the same position for some time and then caressed his cheeks, his beard sent a tickling sensation in her body.

"Is my weight troubling you? Am I heavy?", Anika asked as she doesn't want to trouble him more. She feels guilty whenever she asks Shivaay to work, Shivaay is doing a lot for her. He doesn't even let her get up to take water, he provides her with everything and he is bearing her every mood swing too. She always regrets fighting with him and getting irritated over simple issues.

"No. Stay like this for some time", Shivaay requested to which Anika nodded and hugged him more tightly, she knows he will not let her fall, but she is scared because of herself. What if her careless behaviour resulted in miscarriage? She moved down and placed her head on his chest. She could hear his

"I'm scared Shivaay. Everything will be fine right?", Anika asked to which Shivaay hummed, he kept caressing her hair softly. After some time he noticed her sleeping and kissed her forehead. He is very happy to see her happy and satisfied just because of him, it hurts him whenever she complains about something. Especially for work because he is trying his hard not to work but he can't stay idle, he knew she needs him the most that's why he stopped working.

Flashback end

Shivaay smiled remembering old moments, those were precious and everything special for him which is related to her. He looked at the whole room, he know she is not there and can't come but still, he expect her to come here and ask him to talk with her. He layed on the bed and started to think about Ansh. He made an image of his child and started to think about how he will help Ansh to walk, and how he will talk with him on, the first day of school. He will take Ansh to school daily and he will never miss any of his functions. In which activity Ansh would participate and what would be Ansh's dream? He will never force his child to choose a business because he and Anika are enough for work.

Just then realisation struck him that nobody is there and he don't prefer talking with anyone rather than her. His brothers are there but he doesn't like talking with them over the phone call. A teardrop fell from his eyes thinking about his family, he wiped them and took the laptop to start working again. He is trying his best to find the culprit but he is not able to get any proof.

It took 2 days for Ansh to heal which made her feel so happy. She felt relaxed and called Shivaay but this time Shivaay declined her call. Anika understood that he is angry, and he should be. She kept calling him and on the 3rd ring she heard his angry voice

"Can't you understand that I am busy when I cut your call? I'm in a meeting", Shivaay said angrily and cut the call. This reply might be normal but for Anika, it was very rude. She twisted her lips cursing Shivaay but later realised her mistake too. It was her who was ignoring Shivaay for the past 2 days, they both were talking lovingly in chats but with Shivaay's chats never give peace to her soul. The same goes with Shivaay, he was replying showing his love and care but from inside he was feeling shallow because they are unable to talk with each other.

After an hour she got his phone call, because of the phone ringing sound Ansh also woke up and started to cry.

"Shivaay you need to message before calling me", Anika said and took Ansh In her arms. Shivaay heard a crying sound of Ansh and understood why his wife is angry. He smiled hearing Ansh's voice, his weeping voice is also looking soothing to him.

"Ok will do that", Shivaay said and giggled when Anika was talking with Ansh trying to make him quiet

"How are you? How was the meeting?", Anika asked

"Meeting went well ", Shivaay replied

"When will you come back? Is the problem solved?", Anika asked

"Soon because the problem is not yet solved ", Shivaay replied. Anika used toys to distract Ansh as she started to feel difficulty while talking with Shivaay because of his weeping sound. Shivaay heard the soft jiggling sound of toys and smiled imagining Anika and him talking in front of Ansh. He wished to be there in front of his wife and kid. He wants to pick him up now but sadly he can't.

"Should I come? Please book my tickets I want to see you ", Anika requested

"No, don't even think of coming here ", Shivaay said immediately as he don't want Sanjeev to see her.

"What if he looked at my wife with wrong intentions ", Shivaay thought, he doesn't mind Anika talking with boys but he can't let that man talk with his wife whose intentions and thinking are wrong. His wife is his pride and respect if someone will disrespect her then it will directly insult him.

"Why?", Anika questioned

"Because I will come soon ", Shivaay said thinking about Sanjeev and his words. How can people think like that? Doesn't loyalty matter to people? Enjoying with friends is different but with girls is different and he is not like those boys who go to parties. He never touches drinks and if by chance Rudra forces him then he knows his limits.

"Waiting Shivaay I am missing you very much", Anika said in a low voice

"Didn't someone ask you to enjoy your life without me?", Shivaay asked being lost in thinking about that incident

"No, why? I don't remember if Omru teased me but if you are asking seriously like your tone then nobody asked that. Why do you think I will enjoy myself without you here? Instead, I am feeling very lonely, family is here but still just for once I want to see you. I promise I will manage for weeks please meet me ", Anika requested in a baby voice

"I will come soon Anika don't worry. Regarding this question so someone said this to me. I don't know why people don't feel shame before taking these types of steps. That guy was asking me to enjoy in the bar like that is the only place left on earth for me to visit", Shivaay said complaining about Sanjeev's behaviour

"Depends upon thinking Shivaay. Let it be. Tell me is that the reason you were not talking with me? Were you enjoying in the bar", Anika asked, after hearing about the word bar she became more conscious of this conversation. Did he go there? She wondered.

"Have you gone mad? Why I will go there? For your so-called information, it was you who was ignoring me. Will you mind telling me the reason? I felt ignored", Shivaay complained

"Sorry. Come here once then I will not let you feel ignored ", Anika said, Ansh is fine now and she doesn't think this is a serious matter to talk about.

"But I felt that Anika ", Shivaay said pointing at this matter, he don't know the reason but he felt ignored

"Sorry. Now you can talk with your son to see he is giggling. Pick video call", Anika said to Shivaay and turned thier call into a video call. Shivaay noticed Anika's red cheeks when he answered the video call. But how? He wasn't teasing her

"Ansh see your father ", Anika said and giggled seeing Ansh happy. She played with toys while showing them to Shivaay. Shivaay smiled and kissed his mobile phone thinking about thier beautiful family.

"Why are your cheeks red by the way? I am not there", Shivaay asked

"I am talking with you is enough to make me happy Shivaay. By the way, are you taking rest properly or not? ", Anika asked. Shivaay looked down, he was thinking to tease her and trouble her but here Anika turned the table upside down.

"I am taking rest and having food on time too", Shivaay replied

"Shivaay this is my last warning take care of yourself otherwise I will not take time to come there. I am very serious here", Anika warned Shivaay angrily. They talked for some time and then declined the call when Shivaay got work
