No point of view: At where Durandal landed, she was in a pile of rubble against a building. The Herrscher of the Dragon managed to push her back. She was in a mix of anger and frustration. She pressed the comm link and contacted Otto. "Otto-sama... I failed... They... Got away..."

Otto was watching. He threw a glass of wine at a wall shattering it, then he used his Divine Key and mimicked the Judgement of Shamash and began to slash at everything acting all angry like Kylo Ren. Amber stepped back getting scared at seeing Otto more angry than before since seeing Rita getting stabbed and almost getting killed by Patrick. He finally stopped and made the 1st Divine Key disappear.

"Follow them, don't let them get away! You have 24 hours to recapture them! If you don't! I'm afraid that I'll have no choice but to demote you and put Rita in charge of Immortal Blades instead! And if you get them back! Bring them to Schicksal Vimur Labs, North Africa and prevent them from escaping by any means necessary!" "Yes Overseer! I'll do that right away!" Said Durandal without questioning why as she used her super speed and jumped from one building to another back to her ship to go after the Dragon and the Void.

No one has ever seen Otto this furious before. He was more furious than he was when Patrick attempted murder on Rita. Amber couldn't move because she was terrified. Otto then looked at her calming down. "Replay the footage of the battle. Have a closer look at him when he was blocking Durandal's attack with the Dragon Sword and the Dragon Shield." Ordered Otto. "Yes Overseer." Said Amber.

Amber replayed the footage to see Patrick with his eyes closed. He could tell that he was talking to someone. "The Guardian Dragon was definitely speaking to the boy. His guidance helped him overpower Durandal. Which means that Sirin and Drago are in slumber again. The Dragon Divine Keys are stronger than I thought. The boy may have gotten away from Durandal this time. But next time will be different. You won't be lucky next time boy. Amber, call in clean up. Have them clean up this mess. I will be in my office." "Yes Overseer."

Heliopolis Life Sciences, Arc City: Rita stood amidst a wilderness of wreckage. A moment ago, she learned Durandal was coming to her aid, which put her mind at perfect ease. "Deputy, are you alright?" Asked Avitr through the comm-link. "I'm fine, Alvitr." Answered Rita. "Did you see the explosion up above? Is it true that... that the Herrscher girl took away that Honkai bomb with the Herrscher boy? But why would she do that?" "To protect the city and its citizens."

"Isn't she a Herrscher? And isn't she completely different from the other one?" "We have other businesses to attend to. I've found the cure from Heliopolis. Their cover is blown, and I have to make sure justice catches up to them. We must collect enough data of Heliopolis as soon as we can." Rita went back inside to go down to the lower level.

As she was in the elevator, she destroyed some mechas. "We might be able to dig out some clues to the core puzzle." Said Rita. "That's so smart, Deputy!" Rita destroyed more mechas one by one. Alvitr hacked into the system. "The security system is paralyzed, making it much easier to hack into now." Said Alvitr. "The entire system of Heliopolis has been wrecked. They're trying to erase all evidence." Said Rita.

Rita made it to the room where Kiana and Patrick saved her and where Kiana and Patrick escaped from. "Raven has an accomplice. HoV and HoD told me it's someone with a "dog face" and with a mask in the shape of a Jackal's face." Said Rita. "Dog face...? Jackal mask...? What does that mean?" Asked Avitr. "Some figurative expression, perhaps. Anyway, we must hurry up."

Rita got to a control panel and then used it. "...Still too late?" Rita bit her lower lip when she saw the corrupted database. "Alvitr, come cover and salvage the remaining data." Beep... Durandal was calling Rita. "Rita, how are things looking at your side?" Asked Durandal. "Durandal-sama, most of Heliopolis' data has been wiped out, and we're working on it now. Thanks for your support." Answered Rita.

"Good. Looks like you have it covered. However for me... I failed to retrieve the HoV and the HoD. The Overseer needs me to recapture them and to return now or else he will demote me and put you in charge of Immortal Blades instead so there's no time to rendezvous with you." "I see." Rita trekked her best to keep calm, but it's beyond her to gloss over her failure.

"Durandal-sama... I asume full responsibility for failing the mission." "Failure or not. I'll be the judge of that after I read the operation report." "I will receive any penalty." Patrick's point of view: I flew East across Asia to get away from Schicksal. I was so upset that Kiana refused to return to our friends and family. "Dam*** Kiana. I told you to return to the Hyperion. But no no no, we ended up almost getting caught by Durandal. And now I had to leave Mei behind. You still had one weakness inside of you. And that was fear. Fear of losing everyone you love because of Sirin and yourself and you didn't want them killed by Sirin using your hands. Protecting you from Schicksal and preventing Otto from murdering billions of more people was more important than protecting our friends and family from Sirin. They wanted to find you so badly and welcome you with open arms. But no, you refused to return because of also fearing what they were gonna think of you now. I don't even know what to do now. The only right thing to do now is to find the Hyperion or return to North America and find Anti-Entropy. You refused to return to them and now I'm returning you back to them so that they will keep you safe and so that you never run away again with fear of killing them because of Sirin."

"I'm afraid that you can't do that." I heard Toriyama speak inside my head again. "What do you mean? She will be safer with everyone." "Like what your friend Mei said, Schicksal will attack and Durandal will do the same thing again." "Fine. I mean no. I mean... alright I won't return." "There is something I need you to do."

"Tell me what to do Toriyama-sama." "Go to one of the abandoned cities in North Africa. That is where Durandal is going and where Kevin is going and where Schicksal is experimenting with the 2nd Divine Key." "...?! The 2nd Divine Key? Made from the Herrscher of the Void's Core?" "Yes. It was the same sword King Arthur used. Only it is not a sword. It is a machine and a what you call a train locomotive that controls and travels through the Sea of Quanta." "Let me guess? "Guess I should forget about scolding Kiana for refusing to return to our friends and family. I better lay low from Schicksal and World Serpent for Kiana's own safety." I went faster and headed towards Africa.

A few hours later: it was now 9:00 AM and I was now feeling tired from staying up all night with Kiana. "I better rest. Staying up all night fighting against World Serpent made me so tired. If Schicksal captures us, I'll just break out the third time like I did before." I flew down to a nearby mountain with a forest.

I laid Kiana down in a pile of leaves. I sat down on a log thinking about a few things before going to sleep. "First I was t strong enough against Kevin and now against Durandal. I may have been able to push her back temporarily, but now she learned some of my moves and I won't be able to beat her... Even with the Dragon Divine Keys... I'm still not strong enough to defend Kiana from enemies stronger than me... I don't think I'll be strong enough to kill Otto Apocalypse either... We were so close retuning back to Theresa, Bronya, and Seele with Mei... But then Durandal divided us and prevented us from doing that... Mei was so desperate and anxious to see Kiana again but Kiana refused to see Mei again because she was scared of what Mei would think of her as the Herrscher of the Void..."

I paused before looking at Kiana and then back to my hands. "Without Drago and Fu Hua now... I don't know... Fenghuang Down's power was not unlimited... Fu Hua was going to disappear anyway... She and Toriyama wouldn't be strong enough to fight Kevin anyway... And now Drago is with Sirin again... I need to find a way to surpass Durandal so I can defend everyone... I have to... to be ready for when I face her again... I need to rest..." I stood up from the log and laid down on my pile of leaves and then fell asleep to recharge my energy after staying awake all night in Arc City.
