Name: Toriyama

Toriyama existed since the old civilization that was wiped out 50,000 years ago. He was created by a dragon god. He knew Kevin Kaslana, Dr. MEI, and Fu Hua. He fought against the Honkai. After the Herrscher of the End/the 14th Herrscher was sealed on the moon, Toriyama wanted to create his own Herrscher and Divine Keys. So he created the Gem of Protection that can be wielded by his chosen Herrscher and he created the Dragon Divine Keys so that one day, his chosen one can use them to defeat the Herrschers in the future.

He created two temples. One that housed the Gem of Protection and one that housed the Dragon Divine Keys and himself waiting for someone worthy to find them. He slumbered for many millennia but a few times when not in slumber, he visited Fu Hua going by the name of Jingwai being taken care of by Nuwa and Fuxi. He also knew Jixuanyuan too.

I named him after Akira Toriyama the man behind the Dragon Ball Franchise, Dragon Quest, Chrono Trigger, and Blue Dragon.

The Guardian Dragon sounds like Shenron from Dragon Ball Z. In both Japanese and English.

He hates Otto Apocalypse and Schicksal. While the 2nd Honkai Wars were going on, he guided Drago and trained him to defeat Sirin. Then he went back into slumber after the 2nd Honkai Wars ended.
