They returned back to the Shrine. The Herrschers remained in their Herrscher forms.

Kujou Sara and her subordinates walk towards the party.

Sakura prepares to draw her blade.

Sakura slashes the air and sends a power gust of Anemo wind at the three and the two subordinates fall back but Sara stays on her feet and holds on. Sakura charges and swings her blade but gets blocked by Sara's bow.

Sakura: Should have brought more soldiers with you. Because you're at a disadvantage!

Kujou Sara: I don't care! I am going to throw you in jail!

Sara took notice of the Visions the party had.

Kujou Sara: Visions! So your friends did have Visions all along!

Sara pushed Sakura back.

Sakura: Theresa! Restrain her!

Theresa: Got it! Restrain her, Judah!

Theresa uses her Divine Key and restrains Sara and her soldiers with Judah's chains. Sakura sheathes her blade.

Kujou Sara: Let me go! Nobody restrains me in chains!

Yae Miko: Uh-uh-uh, it seems that you're all forgetting, this is the Grand Narukami Shrine... Use of force here is strictly forbidden. Before you proceed, which of you would like to face criminal charges for dishonoring the Shogun, hmm?

Sakura and Theresa: But...

Kujou Sara: You're saying the Kujou Clan... betrayed the Shogunate?

Kujou Sara: Guuji Yae, your allegation is not only dangerous but ridiculous. The Tri-Commission has served the Shogun since ancient times and remains absolutely loyal to this day. Ever since I was adopted by the Kujou Clan, I have seen and heard nothing but pure devotion toward the Shogun. Higokumaru: I believe now is the time to show you my other form.

Higokumaru finds some space then she gets engulfed in fire which gets bigger. Then the flames revealed Hellmaru.

Hellmaru: See? I can transform again. But that's not it.

Hellmaru gets engulfed in flames again and this time she transforms into her taller version.

Higokumaru: I can also turn into this form too. Now I'm human size.

Sakura: Enough. Let's get going.

Higokumaru: Ok. Ok.

Higokumaru transforms back into Hellmaru.

Patrick: I guess I should do the same.

Patrick goes to an edge and summons his master.

(Chinju Forest)

They made it down to Chinju Forest where the foxes, Kallen, and Selune's Elgy rode on Hellmaru while everyone else rode on Toriyama. Patrick sent Toriyama back and Hellmaru changed back into Higokumaru.

Higokumaru: That felt awesome, Sakura-Nee! Felt like we were Songo and Kirara.

Sakura: Yes yes, Higokumaru. Now let's go find her.

The group searched till they found something that looked like a giant toy tanuki.

Paimon: Huh? What's that?

Sakura: Our little helper.

Sakura touched it.

Sakura: Sayu. It's us. Wake up.

Then it transformed into a little human girl.

Paimon: Ah! That toy tanuki just turned into a human! What's going on, Paimon's never seen one of these before!

Sayu: Not a tanuki... I'm a mujina... *snore*... I'm so tired... if I don't get enough sleep... it'll stunt my growth...

Sakura: You never get enough sleep.

Paimon: Um, is this the "professional" you were talking about?

Now, Kamisato Ayato and the Yashiro Commission are neutral parties, so I have no right to give orders to the Shuumatsuban. However, convincing their most chronically lazy member to help us is well within my abilities.

Sayu: Ah...

Yae Miko: Here's what I need you to do: Go into town and find evidence of the Tenryou Commission's betrayal. It would not be appropriate for me to be seen there myself.

Sakura: Or else there will be consequences.

Paimon: You make it sound so simple, but...

Kiana: We have no idea what we're looking for.

The Shogun's Army haven't given up on their search for you yet, but with the help of this Shuumatsuban ninja, I'm sure you'll be able to rendezvous with your friends. Don't forget we're on a tight schedule here. Be sure to bring back the evidence in good time.

Sakura: In that case we need to shorten our party and be disguised.

Sakura does a hand sign then she gets covered in smoke. But what emerged was Sakura in a normal Shrine maiden outfit wearing a different mask and her fox ears were gone. Kallen also transforms but is wearing her nun outfit.

Sakura: Only Kallen and I will go with Aether and Paimon. Everyone else will go into my teapot.

Tamamo: I'm going too.

Tamamo glowed then her blue kimono was replaced with a red kimono with a green obi ribbon and her hair changed into brunette. Her fox ears and her fox tail also disappeared too.

Sakura: Ok you can come too.

Patrick: Alright.

(Inazuma City)

Sakura, Kallen, Tamamo, Aether, and Paimon in disguise went into Inazuma City and thankfully none of the Shogunite recognized them. Sayu sneaked past everyone. They made it all the way to Komore Teahouse where they took off their disguises and the party got out of the teapot.

Sakura: That was a close one.

Tamamo: None of them even recognized us. Mikon~

Paimon: Thoma! Thoma, you there!

Sakura: Thoma!

Paimon: It's us, we're back!

They find Thoma in one of the rooms.

Thoma: Everyone, what brings you here? Did you meet with the resistance?

Sakura: Yes we did.

Thoma: How's the battle going?

Sakura: With us by their side, the resistance has an advantage.

Thoma: Is it safe for me to come out yet?

Paimon: Not just yet... we saw people patrolling on our way here.

Kallen: We've had to disguise ourselves.

Thoma: So it's still not over... I guess you came here because you have something to discuss?

Tamamo: Yes we do.

Thoma: I'll get someone to call for Miss Kamisato, bear with me for one second.

Thoma leaves then comes back then later, Ayaka shows up.

They inform Ayaka and Thoma of the current situation...

(Ayaka, Thoma, and the party sit at a table with food.

Thoma: Ah... It feels like it's been an eternity since we last sat down and talked like this.

Aether: It's not been quite that long...

Thoma: Well, it certainly felt like it to me... I've been looking forward to seeing you again every day since I got here! This Teahouse used to be my favorite hiding place, but now... I've honestly lost track of how long it's been since I last set foot outside of here. Oh, man! I want to go to the hot springs so badly!

Paimon: Poor Thoma...

Kallen: We'll you soon will after the war is over.

Kamisato Ayaka: Let's focus on the issue at hand. The sooner the Vision Hunt Decree is abolished, the sooner Thoma will be free. This was a reunion of sorts, but there's no time to catch up. We'll celebrate properly when it's all over.

Thoma: Oh, let's play the hot pot game again!

Paimon: You're still thinking about that!?

Kiana: We can't do that! I don't want to go through the same thing like last time!

Kamisato Ayaka: The Tenryou Commission is heavily guarded. Be careful when you get near. Let's meet back here afterwards.

Paimon: Alright, guys.  First, let's go to Hanamizaka to find Yoimiya.

Thoma: *sigh* I really hope the plan works out...

Kamisato Ayaka: Fireworks are more visible at night... If possible, I suggest you wait till after dark to put your plan into action.

Sakura: Ok.

Yoimiya: Don't forget, move well away from it after you light the fuse, and try to avoid burning your clothes. Also, it's best that you cover your ears...

Paimon: Eh, why does Paimon feel so nervous all of a sudden...

Yoimiya: Hahaha, don't worry, it's just a firework, come on. What's the worst that could happen!

Higokumaru: A lot of things.

Sayu: Mmm... pretty much how I thought... There are loads and loads of people... if one of them spots me, I'll get caught... We need to get rid of them, or I won't be able to sneak inside...

Aether: We'll just have to trust Yoimiya.

Kallen: And don't worry Sayu. You'll have me and Selune's Elgy by your back.

Sayu: After I get the document, let's meet back at Komore Teahouse, okay? Also, if I do get caught... please come rescue me...

Paimon: Is this really a good idea...?

Sakura: We don't have much of a choice.

Paimon: Uh, a—anyway, let's make our way to the statue! Careful does it, watch out for guards and don't get caught!

Sakura: Now let's move.

Sakura, Higokumaru, Aether, and Paimon go to the spot by the statue to set off the firework. Then they go down below the wooden floor. They light the fuse and the firewood goes off.

Sakura uses a time fracture then time slows down then she scoops Aether up and runs fast then jumps over the edge and makes it to the other side. Higokumaru and Paimon follow them. Aether as was actually blushing from getting carried by Sakura. Eventually, they made it back to Komore Teahouse.

Kamisato Ayaka: Well? How did it go?

Aether: I'm not sure...

Sakura: We lit the firework and ran away...

Kamisato Ayaka: Well done. Let's wait for news from Sayu and Kallen.

After some time...

Kallen, Selune's Elgy, and Sayu returned back to Komore Teahouse.

Sayu: *panting*... I know exercise helps you grow, but this was a little too much exercise...

Kallen: Is wasn't easy.

Selune's Elgy: We've had to stay hidden for so long.

Sayu leaves the room. Then Ayaka goes through the documents.

Sakura: Anything suspicious yet?

Kamisato Ayaka: This sealed envelope must be an official report that the Tenryou Commission is preparing to present to the Shogun. In addition, we have... correspondence with the Fatui.

Sakura: We knew it.

So they packed their stuff then Kiana opens a Void Portal to the Grand Narukami Shrine then the party goes through.

Kamisato Ayaka: That Guuji Yae... she's such an enigma.

Thoma: Mind yourself against the Raiden Shogun!

Kujou Sara: Lady Guuji. Here I am, as promised. Rest assured I came here alone and told no one about this trip.

Yae Miko: I knew you would keep your promise, after all... I'm sure you've barely been able to take your mind off it these past few days — have you managed to get any sleep at all?

Kujou Sara: I—I... You're quite mistaken. I would never doubt the leaders of my clan. So. Where is your proof?

That's when the party arrives.

Sakura and Aether: Here.

Yae Miko: Ah, how wonderful. Everyone's keeping their promises today.

Kujou Sara: So the Tenryou Commission... they are deliberately deceiving the Shogun?

Yae Miko: Yes. Now... who else do you think might be benefiting from the Vision Hunt Decree?

Paimon: This is a letter from the Tenryou Commission to the Fatui. The head of the Kujou Clan kept this a secret from the Shogun, too.

Sakura hands it over to Sara.

As they defeated the guards, more showed up. The party decided not to stand by any more and decided to step in and fight.

When they passed through the gate to Tenshukaku, they noticed guards on the ground panting. As they went up they noticed more guards panting on the ground. When they got to the building they stopped.

Sakura: Signora must have done this.

Paimon: We'll what are we waiting for! Let's get in!

Mei got everyone's attention.

Mei: The first time we met, La Signora, she beat us and stole Venti's Gnosis in Mondstadt. Then in Liyue she and the Tsaritsa took advantage of Zhongli's contracts and easily obtained his Gnosis. But since we have the Gnosis in safe hands, our only concern is that we need to kill Signora to make the Fatui lose an advantage. We've seen how strong Signora, Childe, and Scaramouche are. The Valkyries and Patrick close their eyes then they transform into their Herrscher forms while Seele transforms into her Starchasm Nyx Battlesuit but with the blue colors instead of the red colors. Fu Hua was in her Herrscher Kimono and her long grey hair was flowing free. Kiana was the Herrscher of Flamescion instead of the Void. And Mei was in her actual Herrscher form before wearing the same clothing as the Raiden Shogun. Then they opened their eyes and put their hands up then down.

Patrick: Let's go make someone pay.

Then the screen freezes, the background turns into a sepia tone, and then the black "To Be Continued" Arrow from "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" appears and stops at the bottom left of the camera.
